Good stop

Well maintained, tons of activities for our 5yr old grandson. Only issue is the playground is adjacent to main road in campground and vehicles do not stop at stop signs it’s either not prominent enough or people don’t care. Should be more visible with a painted crosswalk our better signage

Fun for a family, but not so much for a couple

Not sure what we were expecting, but it was not half bad. Lots of things to do if you have kids, but it stops there. Really no place to through anything away or walk the dogs. Space was great, and tons of room, but lots of construction noise.

Jellystone in the winter

Very easy to book. Very confusing check-in procedures. Buildings and sites are barely marked and readable in the daytime, definitely not readable at dusk or nighttime. I arrived around 4:30 pm. Several teenagers being trained by other teenagers. The driveway to the sites are all engraved on wood and very hard to decipher which drive to turn into. The site #’s are clear, especially the third time around and understanding their # system. I have a pull through site and I’m unable to pull all the way through due to tree limbs being too low. Filling the propane was another fiasco. I had to drive all the way around the campground and go the opposite way of traffic to fill my tank. This feels like an amusement park just waiting on the summer. It is clean, a little road noise from the interstate. Gravel pads are level hookup’s were easy. Temps are in the low 30’s at night so not much to do here. I will bring my granddaughter back in the summer when everything is available.

Checks all the blocks

NTXJP is a great place to camp if you have a family with or not. So much to do is seriously not possible to take it all in in one visit.

A family favorite

We love this Jellystone! We are full time travelers with young kids and they love this RV park. There are sooo many fun activities (be warned, the cost can add up). The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The adjoining water park is a blast. We prefer the older part because of the trees that offer shade in the hot Texas sun, but the red carpet sites are so much better for big rigs. We’ve stayed in both and would probably choose the red carpet sites for our 44’ rig. One thing that I love is how much they are putting into expansion, we look forward to visiting again when the construction is done. Anyhow, there are some cons, but not worth mentioning considering how much good exists at this fun park!

Family Fun

This typically isn’t our type of park but the kids enjoyed it. We went in October and they had some fun Halloween activities. Site was pull through but pretty tight and close to neighbor. Probably worth paying for premium. Nice large dog park and clean restrooms/bathhouse.

The six flags of all jellystones

We are from Houston and I opt to drive 4 hours to this one in burleson. Waller is good fun but that park does not compare to this site. The website doesn’t do burleson/n Texas jellystone justice for how good it actually is. Bring bikes!

Fun for the kids!

Beautiful park! 60-70 tree covered camp sites. Roads were in good condition. Pet friendly. Plenty to do for the kids. Don’t really have anything negative to say about it other than the price tag. It was expensive, but we definitely got what we paid for. Several playgrounds, maze, volleyball, basketball, pond, and activities. We also visited the Waterpark that is joined to the park. The price of admission was very reasonable. Would recommend this park and will most likely be going back.

Fun for all!!!

We stopped by for the night after visiting the state park to meet up with some friends and I'm so glad we took the detour! The site was a little tight. We had one close to the cabins that you can rent and there was just enough room for all our vehicles and tents but not much more. There was the usual picnic table and fire pit. There was a communal spigot for water which is fine. Its more often a luxury for each site to have their own so I wasn't expecting that in this tent spot. but the campground was a different world. Yogi bear's world really.. My friends kids had a blast. There were scheduled activities all day long and the guys were able to go fishing in the nearby lake. We all had a blast. I would go back in a heart beat.
