Previous owner had plans to turn our property into a 42 site RV Park. Once we saw the beauty of the property, we knew we wanted to keep it as pristine and untouched as possible while still being close to city amenities, including Lake Conroe. Less than 1 mile to the largest marina and best restaurants on the lake, but peaceful and quiet on our forested property. Bring your family, pets, and friends- tents and RVs welcome!  

Gene and Raven, the full-time care-takers are awesome, buy a bundle of firewood and sip sweet tea while they get you a great deal on a boat rental or recommend the best local whatever it is you are looking for.  

No full RV hookups installed yet but a there is a nice clean porta-potty, a shared hose for water and one 50 amp RV electric plug is available for a little extra.

Plenty of room to park your boat/trailer or an RV of any size at no additional charge.
