Directions from Mount Rushmore National Memorial Head down the hill from the memorial, East on SD-244. About 3 miles down you’ll drive past a strip of stores on your right. Turn RIGHT at Cemetery Rd. You’ll see a big white building, the Roosevelt Inn, which will then be on your left side after the turn. You’ll also see an Under Canvas sign on your right. Weave around the road for about a mile, looking out for the Under Canvas signs to guide you. It’s a short 14-minute drive to the glamping grounds in total. Directions from Rapid City, South Dakota Take Highway 16 West towards Keystone for about 20 miles. Turn LEFT at Cemetery Rd. You’ll see a big white building, the Roosevelt Inn, which will then be on your left side after your left turn. You’ll also see an Under Canvas sign on your right. Weave around the road for about a mile, looking out for the Under Canvas signs to guide you.
