There are 10 camping pads available at Menno Lake, located one mile west, one and a half miles north, and a half mile west of Menno. There are electric hookups, restroom, potable water, Heritage Memorial Park, beach, boat dock, and is handicap accessible. There is a $10 charge per site per night for camping, payable at the campground drop box.

There is a dump station located just outside the football/track field complex at the south end of Park Street. Fresh water is also available at the dump station.

Quiet peaceful spot on the lake

Excellent find and with electricity for only $10 a night. Pretty secluded with only one other camper. Some local traffic. Vault toilet withTP is far from where we camped and the old school toilets were a little too sketchy for me. If they were cleaned up I would have been brave enough to try. Such a beautiful place! Bugs are bad! Be prepared. Each site has picnic table and fire ring on nice concrete pad.

Gorgeous!

Beautiful site! The lake is surrounded by small hills and is filled with birds. Sites have picnic tables and fire pits. Has RV sites with electrical hook ups. 2 toilets, though the ones in the stone building are for the courageous only. It’s a bit windy and has the faint smell of cow poop but that’s to be expected.
Very neatly organized. You do need to go down a dirt road for a while to get here.

Hidden treasure

First off, do NOT try to get map directions to Huber Campground. That might be the actual name of the campsite, but if you want to find the place, what you're looking for is the "Menno Lake Recreation Area."

Once you do, however, you'll be blown away by the beautiful lake that stretches, well, not to the horizon, but well past your field of view. There's drive-in camping for cars and RVs, electric hook-ups, tables and fire pits, along with a pavilion for a picnic meal, and a small playground for the kids. 

Potable water is available near what I assume is a maintenance shed, not far from the fishing docks and public boat ramp.

One of the two toilets (both pits) is ADA accessible. The other one features side-by-side toilets for those who are very comfortable with others. 

Located a fair piece from the nearest grocery, I recommend you stock up before heading out there.
