Do NOT stay in #7

Good location. But we got stuck in #7. It had the clean out for all the sewer lines. Flies all over the place.

Great campground

We ended up at this campground after a very late decision to book a trip in July. It was a very nice surprise. It is under new ownership and this is their 1st summer open. The host was great and very friendly. The sites and shower house were very nice and there is a nice view of the black hills. Only a handful of sites but sounds like they are in the process of adding more. The brewery/ restaurant on the adjacent property is an added benefit. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location and good food

This campground is the perfect spot for exploring the Black Hills. You can bike to several wineries, Mickelson Trail and Sheridan Lake. Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse are just a short drive away.
The campground itself is brand new, so the shower house and bathrooms were nice. Our cabin was basic, but cozy with fun local artwork inside.
Our camphost was very nice and helped us with area recommendations. The food at the bistro is AMAZING.

Great Location and food!

Easy access to ATV trails and the BEST fishing hole in the hills (I caught two decent brown trout). The food and live music was exceptional, be sure to try the dessert.
The cabins were very cute with trendy pine interior and artwork. Good value for location.
