What a beautiful State Park. My husband and I enjoyed our time visiting the park. We were at camp site#83. It was a hike to get to the water with numerous steps that could hinder some. Very private, wooded lot with obstructed views of the lake. Phone service was 1/2 bar to none. We had a terrible…
First time there, and it was very relaxing. Super quiet at night which was nice. Sites spaced out and very well kept. Lake was very clean where we were.

OK, so there were no zombies that we accidentally bumped into, but that said, the whole campground was supposed to have gone through a massive redo that was intended to be completed by May, but by the time our camping experience began (2 full months later), the whole place was still going through…

We went for the first time last Labor Day. Not a ton to do but super relaxing. There is a beach area and a hiking trail. A lot of the sites are in great shape.
My fiancé had Verizon and had signal but my family was on AT&T and had very limited service.
We are going back this weekend for…
We camped at Hamilton Branch for a week, Monday-Sunday. The campground was quiet and lovely during the week, however Friday snd Saturday nights were loud-Several folks partied very late into the night (2:00am) with loud music, loud voices, etc. On the positive side: The lake was great, and we had a…

This park is on the Lake Russell a large lake with 540 miles of shore line and almost no houses. Great for fishing, swimming and kayaking. A huge well maintained beach and two playgrounds for the little ones. A very popular park.
The roads leading here are quite comfortable for our 37' motorcoach as are the roads inside the grounds. This is a very well maintained USACOE facility. Our site (19) is quite large and very level (after the entry driveway): plenty of room for the coach and at least 2 other vehicles (we only have…
This is an amazing park, amazing site. Would return without hesitation. Great little swimming cove and water sport lake.
Mistletoe is a terrific state park. Very clean and up-to-date sites. Numerous RV sites on the waterfront. Waterfront sites tend to be water/electric, many interior sites seem to have sewer hookups as well. Verizon signal is 4+bars, plenty of bandwith. Lake was quiet this week as school was back…
Had a great time at Elijah Clark SP. lots are spacious. Bathrooms/showers are outdated but not to bad. Most spots have lake access. Will be back!

Simple camp ground with roomy sites that spread out. Some sites have nice lake views. All sites are wooded.
Good boat ramps and clean bathrooms.
Awesome little campground. Spots were decently spaced. There was a lot of changes going on. The map online wasn’t exactly correct. Spot 45 showed primitive camping behind it but actually had lake access!
Loved it here! It was beautiful and had great views. I would definitely stay here again. The sites were spread out enough that you don’t feel on top of others.
