Nice sites, adequate spacing.

Site was clean and easy to locate. Depending on your site choice, there are campsites that are WAY too close together for my preference, then some that were adequately spaced and foliage offered some privacy. Bathrooms were clean and hot showers (no quarters needed). Though I was disappointed in the porta-john cleaning. I work construction so I’m used to porta-johns; the ones at this park were quite.. full.

Just the perfect camping experience!

Easy to reserve, find and stay at the Promised Land State Park, PA.

We went straight to the campsite, saw my name was added at the campsite number so that was reassuring. It was very clean, although there were gravels, we could camp at a little moist area but we had a perfect good night's sleep. Toilets were in good reach, and disposal areas too. There's a small trail called Little Falls Trail, that helped us get close to nature. Well maintained area. Although there were scares of Bears but we didn't find any to our luck.

Overall I would love to go back again.

Wonderful Park w/ lots to do

Spent 5 days at Promised Land- we were in the Lower Lake section and had a loop and bathhouse to ourselves once the weekend was over! The camp hosts were friendly. Lots of trails to go on. Swimming at the beach. Kayak rentals. Eagle watching. Blueberry picking! Totally recommend.

Not bad nice area

Sites are close together. There’s really no one enforcing any rules ... neighboring sites can get pretty rowdy and not much you can do about it. But the area is very nice to drive around and site see and stop at local shops. No playground for kids.

Great lakefront campground

This campground was nice. The campsites themselves were a bit small, but the lake and boating were great and the showers were good
