GuideWell kept campground
ScoutWe made reservations to stay here for 3 nights and missed the first night due to damaging weather nearby, (tornadoes in Cincinnati.) On day two when we arrived we found the access driveway to be deeply creviced from washout conditions. We straddled the crevices on the uphill drive but we were unable to make the 90° narrow access to the site, spinning out in the wet grass on multiple tries.
The only option for exit is to back down the driveway, which in our MB Cruiser (8,000+ lbs) was challenging.
The host is extremely communicative and a pleasure to chat with pre-arrival and completely understanding of our dilemma. We chose not to stay the remaining nights.
Had the weather been favorable, access may have been much easier and is definitely passable for car, truck or small van camping. If your turning radius is long, reserve site #1 which may have been passable for us but we did not attempt because that is not what we had reserved, but the host later offered to us. Site #1 is the lower grassy flat with much wider access.
Check with host about condition of driveway and entry before reserving.

GuideArrived after 7:00 p.m. to find an envelope with my campsite number of 78 and directions. The site was a tiny back in site that was so slanted downward that you had to go in head first to keep your head level with or above your feet. Of course, that puts the utilities on the wrong side of the van. There were other sites that were appropriate and were empty and after looking around I believe number 78 is the worst site in the whole facility.

Having 30 amp electric hookups, convenient access to water, and dump stations on the property made our stay comfortable and stress-free. There was plenty of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors, and the location was convenient for getting around Richmond. We would gladly camp here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!
