We offer a safe spot to spend 1-2 nights when in transit to another destination in your RV camper, van or motor home.

We purchased our property and built houses on part of it, which became Lynnwood Farms, and then I put in the horse farm on beautiful land that had wetlands and could not be built on. We have beautiful trails for hiking around our property and along a nice creek.

We offer overnight accommodations for travelers who would like a quiet and peaceful, and safe spot to spend the night and enjoy seeing, petting or riding our horses if time permits. We have electric hookups for campers no longer than 32’, and then other spots for larger campers where you can use your generator if needed. We are located just outside of Charlotte, NC, in Fort Mill, SC. We only take two Motor Homes, etc., at a time so it will not be crowded! Wi-Fi connection is great, and very close to restaurants if you are interested. Only 6 miles off the major interstate I-77. Quiet generators are fine to use. Dogs are allowed on leashes and must be picked up after. Closest dump stations only 20 minutes away.

Pitch a tent in our private woods with your own fire pit set up or set up your camper alongside our trees. 6acres of wooded area with walking trails to forage and explore and 7acre field for playing.


We have a hangout "lobby" at the front where we build a fire and cook on Saturdays. We also have private fire pits set up at each campsite if you prefer privacy.

 Each site is packed gravel and includes individual water and electrical hookups. Several sites accommodate RVs up to 40 feet. The campground is convenient to restroom facilities with hot showers. While tent campers may use the main camping area, the park offers a designated tent site area which includes central water.

Only 1 min from the exit ramp off Highway 16, this is perfectly located and very easy to get to after your travel to the area. Charlotte is within only 35 mins driving distance or visit Lake Norman within 10 minutes from our property. DuGaren Venues & Vineyard is only a 3 minute drive from us right around the corner. There are so many charming towns and shops very close to here to explore as well. Drive down the gravel road to the back of the property where you will find your RV/Tent site. Enjoy the beautiful wild deer grazing through the property and the fireflies at dark. You can walk up to the spring fed stream on the property and enjoy the beauty of the area. You are welcome to pet and feed the friendly goats in the pasture. Please only feed the fallen apples from our apple tree, carrots, or lettuce to the goats (no people food please).
