Spacious beautiful campground

The other reviewer‘s only took pictures of the lake. The campground is not right on the lake but very close. It is a beautiful campground with spacious spots. It looks like half of the spots are first come first serve which was a lifesaver during a busy weekend. Nearby dump Station is five dollars.…

Decent Campground, Great Location

This large campground has small sites, close together, but there are trees and it isn't just a parking lot. I was also happy that they do not allow generators at all. It was pretty quiet, although the AC from the RV next to us (running on shore power) went all night and was pretty loud. The…

Rexford Bench

Nice bathrooms! Long, wide, level back in sites. Lots of RV's at this campground. Sites are nicely spaced out and was quiet at night.

Fish Creek Campground

We stayed in C loop site 98 and B loop 82. Both spots had picnic table and fire grills. They were pull through spots. B loop site was a little small but worked for us since we only put up one tent. The bear vaults are shared. First night was totally full from neighboring site. Easy walk to lake.…

Great Campground

Glacier Campground is right outside the national park. It has clean bathrooms and many amenities including a outdoor Cafe. The management is very nice and helpful. There are many trees and sites. The only negative is the sites are on the small site. I really enjoyed the wooded setting it pretty…

Nice Place to Stay

The main plus was this campground was only a 5 minute drive from the Western entrance to Glacier NP. The staff was very friendly and gave recommendations for local things to do. Our site had an electrical outlet. The bathrooms were clean and the campground even had an area to wash dishes.

Close to FCA and clean restrooms

This was a decent campsite with picnic tables and drive in sites. We were on our way to Glacier NP and this was our in-between night after landing on a late flight into Kalispell. Staff was lovely, I reserved the site a week or two in advance (would’ve probably been full if not) and told them we’d…

Gorgeous lake views

These grounds are 5 stars in my heart, but I know other people will take the condition of the restroom more seriously (I was just grateful it existed!). It’s a super old pit toilet with quite the stench. Not a huge deal, you get used to it. Aside from that, awesome grounds! Sites are well…

Nice campsite, but REF was nicer

This is a nice campsite with views of the lake (obstructed by trees but you can walk up for an unobstructed view). It’s a mile further out than REF if coming from St Mary’s Lake (but also a mile closer to triple divide pass). Nice outhouse that is WAY cleaner and newer than REF. Some sites had a…

Just wow!

This gem is right around the corner from the west enters de at Apgar and a perfectly quiet, wooded location for camping in any size RV, tent, van, and they also offer cabins. It’s absolutely beautiful. Gravel, mostly level sites offer many trees and lots of space/privacy. Super sweet staff and…

Great sites, good location

Fish Creek campground within Glacier National Park is a great place to stay on the west side of the park. It’s within a short walk to beautiful Lake McDonald. There are no electrical or water hookups available, but there is a dump station on the way out. The bathrooms have clean flush toilets and…

Family friendly, not really “camping”

If you’re looking for family friendly, this is your spot. Lots of kids activities. Free breakfast. Washrooms, showers and laundry facility available. Scenically, it’s not very pretty. Sites are very close together with little privacy. Our spot was so small we couldn’t fit our tent, picnic table and…

Beautiful views

Enjoyed our time by the river with great views of the mountains. Managers were super nice and got us some extra days. Shower rooms were clean and well kept. Older park where some sites are a bit tight with trees, but so much nicer than a parking lot campground! Would come back.
