Everything you need from a campground for a fair price. $23 electric site per nite. Fire pits, nice place to watch the sunset, just don't speed on the road between SDC and Indian Pt CG.... cops all over the place!
Stayed here for 4 nights during a visit with family. Park is clean. Staff is friendly. They make fresh pizza at the convenience store/office and will deliver it to your site. We were there 3 weeks before the pool opens so we didn't get a chance to see that. Nice park that's close to 1-44, James River Parkway, and unfortunately a railroad crossing. So you will hear a train horn on occasion, but no highway noise. We will come back here and stay again.
Stayed here for a week and loved it, although it was a bit busy for our sensitive dogs. If you are in a van or small RV the electric lane sites down the hill are WAY nicer than the RV sites, you just won’t have a water hookup. Very pretty and the sites are well-spaced, my only complaints are that people have too many dogs off leash and the shower setup is kinda weird (but hot and good pressure, just nowhere to get dressed).
I would stay here again! There’s also shuttle service to town if you call which is great, and wood and snacks for sale. Everyone is friendly. Excellent Verizon service but spotty wifi and I think poor service with other carriers.
Just a few minutes drive from gas stations and grocery stores if needed, but otherwise in a fantastic location. Clean restroom facilities and super friendly staff. Sites 274-278 are some of the best waterfront spots.

I don’t usually post reviews, but… I fell in love with this campground. I visited in late November, so I was the only tent camper on the grounds. The camp host was very accommodating to me, and made sure everything was good. It was pouring down rain when I first arrived, and she suggested I move to a different site that was less flooded, and I’m so glad I did! I chose a site in the Meadows section, and it had a stunning view of the water, and was a great bird-watching spot as well.
There was a shower house and a few pitt toilets, and all were very clean and sanitary. They were also all placed in a good location, so wherever you were at in the campground, you didn’t have to walk far. Each basic tent site came with a tent pad, a picnic table, and a fire pit. Some also had metal hooks, but the campsites in the meadows do not.
All in all, it was a b eautiful, quiet spot with a stunning view. Great for bird-watching and hiking. I’m definitely coming back here again!

They have everything you could want! Arcade, swimming pool, kids playground and a pond to fish. On top of those they have bathrooms & showers with a sauna in each and a laundry unit which are all very nice! I wouldn’t even call them owners because they definitely do not act like it, they’re the sweetest people you could meet along the way. They offer firewood to buy from them and propane as well if you run out on site and don’t want to drive anywhere. This is the best place we’ve stayed at yet!
Everything you would expect from KOA Holiday. Bathrooms appear to have been updated. Wifi test, 34 down, 25 up. Verizon spotty but ATT seemed good. Gravel site. Concrete pad with metal dinette. Firepit. Clean. Friendly staff. Premium sites had porch swings, grills and umbrellas
No pets in yurts. Yes to Cats ❣️. My cats travel campgrounds and usually are outdoors but here I kept them in cabin because they would not like it outdoors. Cabins had AC but smelled like dust polish. Gorgeous forest views in the shower house. HOT water when shower is on Cold setting. Cold at hot. Cool affordable camp store. Nice people. Too much cinnamon spray in all indoor areas but not cabins. 24 hour rec room w AC and a wall of movies and games and books and cozy couch. Hurricane machine and fresh yummy donuts are not to be missed. My son is Big and found the camp cabin too crowded small and didn't like the leather beds even with our bedding on them. I found it cozy except the polish but couldn't open it up because we wanted the cats indoors here. Great porch swing, nice condition. Microwave and fridge. Friendly staff.
Tent area is undeveloped, but the lawn is fairly level, bathrooms and showers are only a short walk away. Nicole showed me to the site and was a wonderful help. Great spot that most people might pass up because its right next to the highway, but honestly you can barely tell aside from the hum of trucks. Bathrooms are beautiful and clean, 2 toilets, 2 showers and a sauna in each. The place is quiet and seems like a lot of people here are long term residents. We are in a tent on the back lawn by a small fishing lake. Nice playground for younger kids and you cant beat the atmosphere and the birds. Free on-site laundry which I took advantage of when I needed to wash and dry my blanket on a cold night. Unfourtunately no campfire for tent camp sites, but bring a camp stove and you'll be fine. They are actively doing renovations and the office isnt open yet, so you have to call the park manager, Kim, for info and she is wonderful. All the staff is. Kim came by and took my son and 2 other kids on a golf cart ride on the trail behind the lake and they had a blast. We are loving it here and are sad to be leaving after the weekend. Update: I have just been informed they have a Willie Nelson impersonator doing a show here tonight, this place would get 6 stars if I could.

We’ve been staying here for the last five years with no issues. Has a pedestrian gate that dumps out on the strip right between titanic and a steakhouse right across from Hollywood wax museum and mini golf course. We stay on Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends and this park is close to everything, but still is easy to get in and out of town. Staff helps pull/back in and helps pull out if needed. Also has a little convenience store for RV things that may have broke or been forgotten. Super friendly people. Can’t say enough nice things about this park. Very quiet too even though it’s almost right on the strip.

Stayed four days in Spot 3 over the St. Paddy's Day weekend so that my family could enjoy Eureka Springs.
It's about a 10 minute drive to downtown Eureka Springs. Very convenient. There is a ziplining business across Hwy 23 from 3B, too.
Didn't come to use the offroad facilities, but I did get to check things out on my dog walks and there's a lot of offroad opportunities in this park. I didn't hear offroad vehicles until around 10 am each morning and not past 10 pm any day.
I visited with two kids (age 12 and 10) and two dogs. I felt it was safe enough to let my kids walk the dogs by themselves, but I'd imagine that as the offroading picks up here in the summer it may not be safe enough for that.
The showerhouse and bathroom facilities were clean.
There is a big decline in and a big decline out. I seriously suggest 4x4 and no smaller than 3/4 ton in and out of this place if you're towing.
Very low bandwidth on park internet, and AT&T signal here isn't great. Had 1-2 bars on AT&T 4G LTE with around 20 mbps down and around 1-2 mbps up. Didn't put up my WeBoost but I'm sure that would have improved things. There's enough internet to do your basic business, but I wouldn't rely on any of the signal to send or upload any big video files. You're not here to work anyways, so it shouldn't matter.

We tent camped at Campground 2 in a basic site. This campground has a lot going for it, but some things that could be better…
PROS Unlike the majority of MO state parks, this one opens before April, for those of us who like to camp the shoulder seasons. It has heated, relatively clean and well stocked restrooms, drinking fountains and water spigots, a great camp host who kept us informed about a minor partial water shutoff but otherwise let us do our thing, and the shower house looks very nice, though it was far too cold to use it. Walking distance to marina and access to the popular Lakeshore Trail. Sites very clean and cleared of brush. Recycling offered (and encouraged) at your site if you want it. Our site and the others on the same end of the campground backed up to private wooded area. Playground available for the kids right next to the shower house. Fifteen minute drive to Branson attractions (I recommend Talking Rocks Cavern, especially for families, but anyone can enjoy the cave tour). Campground was very quiet, though I’m sure being there on weekdays early in the season helped!
CONS Basic tent sites aren’t the best; the electric sites are nice and flat, but our site was hilly and very rocky. We were thankful we brought tarps to put under the tent footprints. Sites 237-239 are right on top of each other. The park doesn’t sell firewood or ice; a fellow camper told us the marina offers wood, but he also recommended we buy it somewhere else. We found a place right outside the entrance, but the wood was pretty wet due to rain the day before.
Just FYI expect the lake winds to keep temps lower than what’s forecasted; we expected 25 degree temps overnight and woke up to 19 degrees and frosted tents!
I would definitely return and try out different sites—we enjoyed our stay.

Everything is great. Clean. But proximity to train crossing ruins the visit.
My wife and our children stayed here in the summer while we traveled for work and we were extremely pleased with both the grounds and the staff. They have great amenities and clean facilities as well as washers and dryers. They were so accommodating. The only drawback is a train close by. They have a small gated dog park and I huge open field. They have a seasonal swimming pool, kids playground, game room and few more things to keep the kids busy. Good WiFi and a shop that sells/makes/delivers pizza to your campsite. We will be visiting again in the future definitely.
You have your choice of accommodations here: RV sites, cabins, and, of course, tree houses! Since it was the beginning of March and we didn’t know what the weather would be like, we chose a treehouse (plus I’ve always wanted to stay in a tree house!)
It’s difficult to properly review this place outside of our specific experience since it was off-season and much of the facility was not yet operational. I imagine that in the summer, this place would be hopping with many families. As far as activities offered, there is a pool (in season), a nice and creative playground and a pirate ship, a basketball net, tether ball, and two hiking trails. You should wear hiking boots if setting off on these trails (while not long, they are hilly). They were also not always clearly marked, and I went off trail once or twice. Each of the treehouses has different features – some are good for couples while some are designed for families. We stayed in the Belle Arbes (beautiful trees) treehouse, mainly because it had a fireplace, and we didn’t know how cold it would be (we woke to snow our second morning!). It also has a deck, fire pit, swinging bridge leading to another smaller deck, outdoor shower, and a small fully stocked kitchenette. It is a bit of a splurge to stay in the treehouses, but it was a nice change of pace from camping for us.
The office is open from 8 am-5 pm and we received a call around 3:30 on the day of our arrival letting us know the office would be closed when we arrived but giving us instructions on how to check in after hours.
Branson Treehouse Adventures is close enough to the hubbub of Branson but even though it is located on a busy road, once you enter, it is quiet and peaceful (at least in the off-season!). We enjoyed our stay here, especially in the quiet off-season.

Paved roads and sites, showers and bathrooms ok. Set in the wooed shoreline on Table Rock Lake. Plan to return and tryout different sites.
Site 29 looked rough on tightthe Coe website but was remodeled water on site now stairs to table and firepit tight fit for 39 ft class a and jeep liberty
