Campers can enjoy temperatures ranging from 60°F to 80°F in the summer and explore nearby attractions like William O'Brien State Park and the scenic St. Croix River.

Veterans Campground is open to all Honorably discharged military veterans: active duty, Guard/Reserves, veterans, retired, disabled, and military families. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, the campground relies on donations and volunteers to host many of its annual activities (fishing and boating outings, picnics, children’s activities, fundraisers, etc.) that provide rest and recreation. Since the Global War on Terrorism, younger veterans and their families are joining Vietnam, Korean, and World War II-era veterans at the camp for camaraderie, family fun, and recreation.
Family fun for all! 24 cabins, 167 RV sites, 15 tent sites, cabin rentals, boat rentals, golf cart rentals, boat launch, marina, swimming beach, and more!
Reservations for stays of one week or longer are taken year round. Weekend reservations begin each May 1st.
Summer Camping: Apr 15 to Oct 15 (weather permitting)
Winter Duplex Cabins: Oct 16 to Apr 14
Fee Info
$50.00 Pet Fee Any camper that uses the Camp dump site will be charged $5.00 per RV per dump.
