A wonderfully peaceful campground with exceptional hospitality

A wonderfully peaceful campground with exceptional hospitality. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, the camp store and laundry are fairly priced, and the heated pool is consistently clean and inviting. The clubhouse adds even more charm, offering fun indoor activities like pool, table tennis, and board games — perfect for rainy days or relaxed evenings. While some sites may pick up a bit of nearby traffic, the soothing nighttime chorus of bullfrogs creates a calming natural backdrop that makes for a great night’s rest.

      Double RR Ranch RV Resort

      Plenty to do here

Kayak/canoe, tubing, horseback riding, golf. They have plenty do do here but they just seem to float along. This is not a camp ground that uplifts there game to make it better and be a rising star. No full hook up site other than seasonal. Campstore is very limited, but good for the kids. Alway enjoy staying here but just think they could be more. They do put on a good fireworks on July 4th

McGinnis Lake Campground — Holly Recreation Area

      Great place to camp

This was the first campground my daughter has ever been to. She had a blast and our campsite was nice. The only downside is that we had no close restrooms. I wish there was more available. Other than that it was a lot of fun. At night we did get a visit from a view critters and my daughter thought it was the coolest thing ever.

      Seven Lakes State Park Campground

      Late fall almost empty campground

We spent 4 days in the sparsely-populated campground. Very quiet. Great for walking the dogs around Sand Lake and other park trails. Cool weather, vas expected. Clea restrooms, older showers with sulphurous hot water. Resident Sandhill crane family was an added bonus. It is our go-to local campground
