TravelerSite 46B is an exceptional site. Extra large with unobstructed views of the woods away from the roads So much to see and do beyond the cave! This campground is set in the woods with lots of hiking and biking trails within walking distance. Yes, the caves are amazing but don’t forget to explore the surface through hiking, horseback riding and kayaking. The campground has lots of tent campers to big rigs and everything in between. Big rig generators can put a major dent into the campground experience unfortunately but it’s still a beautiful family friendly experience. Bath houses were very clean. Sites are level. The dump station leaves a lot to be desired. It’s a two person operation. One person to use their foot to hold drain open and the other to deal with hose. Wish they offered electric at sites but still one of my favorite campgrounds. Very clean friendly and accessible to activities in the park.
LegendThis is a typical KOA park but in an awesome area. The only downside is the traffic noise from the highway. It was not audible inside the RV so it wasn’t enough to disturb sleep.
The park has nice long pull through spaces, and quite a few long term residents of the park. They have a very nice dog park with obstacles for them in a central location to be accessed by everyone.
The sites were level and clear of obstacles. They left plenty of space for vehicles and rigs. We had a pull through patio and the space had a giant beautiful tree that was very helpful in the heat.
Equipment is well maintained at this location! Cell service for AT&T and TMobile we’re both excellent.

TravelerVery quiet. Two fenced dog runs that were slightly overgrown when we first arrived but were cut when the rain allowed. Paved roads throughout but very few paved sights. WIFI and cell service very limited would advise a antenna for long term. Office personnel were extremely helpful and understanding. I had truck problems and it extended our stay so I just had to move trailer to different site. Ft Knox is just a few miles away.
Overall this is a great FamCamp. Will definitely stay again.

Gravel site backs up to trees. Some smaller sites have cement pads but 30 amp full hook up. Great location if you want to head out to the caves.

Very nice sites. 1/4 of them line the waterfront. Ours was a spacious pull through. No real camp store, but an honor system “shed” with firewood, produce, and canned goods. No hiking trails, but they do have a beach, playground, and boat ramp inside the park. Very quiet park. Volunteer “hosts were very nice. Warned us of the dry campus and leash laws. Convenient enough for a trip to Mammoth Cave without trailering primitive in the National park itself. Good stay!

The park was clean and quiet, and the staff was very friendly. They have a huge selection of DVDs and some fishing poles you can use for free. Stayed in pull through campsite#49 which was not shady but mostly level. It was a gravel site with grass on either side. There was enough parking for my 34 ft TT and truck. Neighbors are close. The site included: picnic table on grass and fire ring. Utilities: 20/30/50A electric in back. Water in back, good pressure. Sewer in middle with threaded fitting. AT&T had 2 bars of LTE and Verizon 1 bar of LTE service. AT&T Speedtest: 3 Mbps down, 1 Mbps up. Verizon Speedtest: 0.15 Mbps down, 0.13 Mbps up. Free WiFi Speedtest: 24 Mbps down, 15 Mbps up, but frequently drops out. Would stay here again We camped at Singing Hills RV Park& Campground in a Travel Trailer.
