Family owned “campsites” and Glamping Cabins

Just had the most wonderful and relaxing couple of days with Ms Peggy “The hostess with the mostest!”  This is a private residence/little piece of Heaven. NOT A CAMPGROUND. We parked the camper in their front yard. Water and electric is available. Ms Peggy greeted us with a smile, brought us eggs, stuff to make s’mores and even invited us to sit on the porch and join her for supper. You can browse through the little antique shop and tour her adorable cabins. We were the only people there the first day but were joined by another camper and some Glampers on day two. FYI Cabins do not have bathrooms but the bathhouse is very close, clean and full of supplies if you need.  Lots of outdoor games for kids and adults as well as a train ride for the kiddos.  Lots of seating areas and fire pits. Wood provided. Could have stayed for way longer just to enjoy the peace and quiet and the company. We came as strangers and left as family! ❤️

The beds are very comfortable, everything is clean, and you will have everything you need to shower, make food, and have fun. It's like your own campground.

Fantastic

The she shed was a fantastic little rest from the road for my husband and godkids. They had plenty of outside play to wind down after 7 hours in the car then roasted marshmallows and board games to end the evening. Thank you Peggy for hosting us!

Peaceful

Peggy's place was fantastic. The tiny homes were perfect for my husband and me. I am not a fan of camping but my husband loves it, Peggy's was the best of both worlds and Peggy might be the sweetest, most thoughtful host I have ever had the privilege of meeting. Hopefully we can bring our entire family in a few years, when our kids are a little older. Thank you for a great stay!

Birthday surprise

We really enjoyed our trip and Peggy was wonderful. She went above and beyond and made this day extra special for my son's birthday. We visited during a time of rain and were unable to enjoy the outside areas the way we wish we could have. My son initially looked in the kids playhouse area and thought the toys were too young for him however, Peggy enlightened us that in the different containers and bins there are toys for all ages. Even though it was cool outside the bathroom was toasty and warm and the shower hot.

Born Again Camping

Amber Peggy is just an absolutely excellent host and the whole grounds are so warm and welcoming and kid-friendly. Trampoline, toys, fire pit, games, bikes, train ride, awesome animals, especially the goofy guineas. It truly is like staying with family. This is my second stay but definitely not my last!
