Bear Lake/Marina Side KOA Holiday permits pets with a dedicated dog park area situated near the campground's recreational facilities. This Garden City campground accepts pets at tent sites, RV spots, cabins, and glamping accommodations from April 1 to October 15. Sites are equipped with picnic tables, fire rings, and full hookups including water, electric, and sewer connections. Bear Lake Venture Park charges a $5 fee per dog and offers deluxe RV sites with more space and privacy for campers with pets. The standard RV sites are arranged in a loop adjacent to tent camping areas. Campground staff actively enforce leash rules throughout all pet-friendly areas.

Franklin Basin Dispersed Camping provides free primitive camping options for pet owners seeking a more rustic experience northwest of Fish Haven. Dogs can access the beach at North Shore areas, though they're prohibited from park beaches at Rendezvous Beach and Birch Campground. The Birch Campground camp hosts are particularly vigilant about enforcing the dog leash policy. Several campgrounds feature paved, level spots with covered picnic tables on concrete pads ideal for pet owners needing clean, stable surfaces. Sites at Bear Lake/Trail Side KOA Journey include fire pits that may be too deep for cooking, so campers with pets should consider bringing portable stoves for meal preparation. Both KOA locations in Garden City offer reciprocal amenities, allowing guests at the quieter Trail Side location to access facilities at the busier Marina Side KOA.

      Aspen Grove RV Park

      So clean

Whow…new new new facilities with all the big rigs pull thru power water sewer games dog park ice cream souvenir shops easy on and off the freeway. Close to restaurants. But a sterile walking environment. Concrete pads and all… can’t go wrong here.

      Bear Lake/Marina Side KOA Holiday

      Busy, not private but clean

I had never been to a KOA campground before but we were driving cross country and were tired. For $43 for a tent site we got a nice patch of grass and a fire pit. It’s clean and comfortable, but definitely a busy place. You are right next to your neighbor but they do try and put you in every-other site for space. Great bathroom facilities, dog park, amenities.

It really depends on what you like. We are tent campers that like forest service campgrounds so this is too busy for us. But a nice spot.

New RV park & sparkling clean. Large clubhouse with all amenities & beautifully decorated! Dog park and nice laundry/shower facilities. Efficient and friendly check- in procedures. Pricey but worth it. Gift shop & mini- market on premises. No tents allowed.

      Devils Creek RV Park

      Close quarters but friendly faces

This is an older campground, and space near reservoirs is a hot commodity. The RV park host was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean campground with a nice boat dock and plenty of spaces to get down near the reservoir and fish.

Warning - Some of the spaces felt like extremely close quarters especially with slide outs. The picture below shows one of the older full utility locations. Some units may not have much room to slide out without contacting the utility boxes. Some units offer great shade and an awning next to a shared fire pit, shared picnic table. Some units have a really nice shared grass area between trailers. Also several people here are seasonal campers with monthly rates. This can make finding a space a little more challenging. Call ahead and make sure to get reservations so you can get a spot.

Lot size seems inconsistent between spaces as some feel very cramped and some of the high number units without utilities had larger spaces between them, almost appearing as an extra space between two units people were using for pet/kid play areas.

Dogs are to be kept on leashes, but people should consider short leashes/tie lines as it is easy for pets to cross into adjacent units depending upon where they are staked. Make sure to plan ahead for power adapters. Only one 30amp service so if your planning to run AC, plan to be the first in or coordinate with your neighbor.

      Green Canyon Dispersed Campground

Nice hiking trails and very close to town

Perhaps a little too close to the university in Logan Utah it was busy that Friday night. I think all the spots filled by 7pm some 50 people there that night. There is close spots for small couples and large groups and also more private spacious spots for people with pets like me

Kayaking options: Beaver Creek provides good kayaking opportunities but requires some planning. "Enjoyed staying here for a weekend of kayaking. The location for kayaking is great but the options for put in were not super accessible without hills or steps," reports Kate V.

Hiking trails: Multiple trails branch out from camping areas for day hikes. "The hike to the headwaters is a must and if you're feeling up to it you can hike over the mountain to Bloomington Lake," writes Kassidy S. about Willow Flat Campground.
