Little Creek Campground, located 3 miles from Randolph, UT at 6380 feet elevation, is a staging area for fishing, hunting, boating, OHV riding, snowmobiling, mountain biking, and tent / RV camping in Rich County. It is also a convenient trailhead for the Monte Cristo Loop and the Shoshone OHV Trail. Situated in a sagebrush and grass-covered valley adjacent to the Little Creek reservoir at the foot of the Monte Cristo Mountains. Fishing is available in the reservoir and nearby streams. The campground has 10 individual first-come first-served sites for $12 per night, maximum 8 persons, 2 vehicles per site, maximum equipment size: 40 feet. There is also a reservable group site with pavilion for $65 per night, maximum 50 persons and 15 vehicles. Restrooms, potable water, and trash collections are available. No shade, no firewood.
We stopped by on our way to Wyoming and trough up a tent. Lots of stars and really quite. The view are nice and it is a great primitive camp spot.
