Peaceful for an overnight

Just passing through and only needed to stop for the night. Very peaceful. You could only slightly hear the traffic out at the road. Got a site near the creek. Maybe #11. Vault toilets clean. Only a couple other sites taken. Cheap $5 with senior pass discount. No cell reception for me. Sites are not very private, but with so few people here it didn't make a difference.

Nice small cheap CG

CG in a narrow forested draw. 32 sites most shaded. Only $10/$5 senior, 14d limit. Vault toilets but no dumpsters and water pump did not work. No cell signal, however STarlink works in site 16 for me. No CG host, some sites have bear boxes.

Rustic, but quiet, always space

I found this place on Google after the Riverdale place was a total wash and I'm so glad I kept driving because I got there about 9:30 at night it was quiet there was a camp host there but I didn't talk to him and there were plenty of spaces open it was it's a lot Whittier and secluded secluded so it's really quiet at night you definitely hear the birds in everything and it's a it's pretty cool temperature wise so just fair warning if you're inattentive you're in A-tent the bathrooms are clean so thumbs up

Favorite site in Wyoming

It is SO pretty here! We stayed at site 11 right next to the little river and it was so peaceful to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the flowing water.

They have bathrooms and water pumps easily accessible from any site.

The spots are close together but there were a ton open so you don’t really notice.

Peaceful, and Lots of Beaver Dams!

Beautiful, quiet campground. We could hardly hear the road noise, especially from our spot at the furthest end of the loop at #18. We just showed up on a Wednesday and the entire place was empty but many people came throughout the evening. Some hiking trails along the creek where beavers have made extensive dams.

Several sites are pull through sites, and we only saw a few random sites that had bear boxes. Each site had a picnic table and a fire pit, and was nicely separated from neighboring sites. Each site had a different configuration as well as parking pad length.

Anyone from tent campers to large trailers can easily find a spot, larger fifth wheels and class A rigs may have a bit of trouble finding a suitable campsite here. Sites, however are not very level. 3 sets of gendered handicap accessible vault toilets. At least one had a trash bag hanging inside. Otherwise no other trash bins at this campground. There are hand pump water faucets, but a sign said that water is not tested and water should be boiled or treated prior to drinking. We did not try the water but another camper said he pumped for about 30 times and no water came out.

Zero cell service for any of the 3 major carriers.

Great free campground

Great flyfishing on the Salt River. Fairly private and quiet. Good Verizon cell service.

Nice stop travelling through!

Great stop when travelling through the area.  The sites are spread out nicely to give you a little extra privacy.  The price is right at $10 a night.  No issues late in the season finding a site pulling in last minute.  Nice clean pit toilets.  Nice little stream nearby.  Great stop for a nights sleep and adventure in the morning.

Cheap little gem

This is an awesome campsite off the main road but still quiet. Cost us $10 for the night so not bad at all! There’s about 30 spots of various sizes on a loop road. Very easy access for any vehicle on a well maintained road. There’s picnic tables an fire pits per individual site and super clean pit toilets throughout. Beautiful Aspens changing colour and heaps of beaver dams! Lots of trees and nature around!

$10 a night spacious lots

Absolutely beautiful. Paid $10 by check. There's plenty of sites. Has dispersed restrooms and a few water pumps. No showers. Has fire pits and picnic tables at each sites. There was at least 30 sites to choose from. Everyone was friendly and totally worth it. Didn't hear the highway noise much. Only a few loud cars every so seldomly.

Pretty and quiet

We only stayed one night passing through, but it's a pretty Campground with lots of trees. We stayed at site #14 and loved being able to hear the creek, but at the table area we could smell the bathroom odor which wasn't pleasant. The bathrooms themselves were very clean and didn't smell, so I'm guessing it was odor from the vents. It was quite empty the night night we stayed on a Saturday, late August and very quiet. Didn't ever see a camp host.

Great spot

We camped here in a tent passing through on our way north. Only cost us $10. Pretty spot and only a couple other campers in the area that night so we had plenty of privacy. It does appear that it is closed in winter but there is a forest road just south that you could camp on for free I'm sure.

Great secluded little spot

Allred creek campground is a great spot with plenty of trees and nice well taken care of sites. Sites are RV friendly. Very limited on the info I have because of the short duration I was there, but I loved it and plan on visiting it again. Enjoy

Easy access

I did not camp here but drove through to check it out as this was going to be my plan B if Swift Creek Campground was full.

This campground does not allow ATV's in the campground but does offer a parking area for your toys just outside the campground entrance. The sites are well spread out throughout the campground. They have fire rings, grills, and picnic tables. Pit toilets are available and there is a hand pump water source. I spoke with the camp host, Bob Ranier, and he said it can fill up fast as it is popular with events like family reunions and such. This gentleman is very informative and friendly, I could have visited with him for hours.
