Tent and RV sites and cabins.
The spots are spread out enough that you have privacy, there’s attendants around 24 hours of the day to help, and it’s hands down the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. We rented a cabin (we stopped in on July 4th, sold out of tent spots) but they managed to accommodate us last minute. The staff is incredibly nice, and the price was right. Our cabin is the 2nd biggest option, it included: a queen, bunk beds, love seat, fridge, sink, and a microwave.
We usually boondock, but stopped here for a change. Great sites, lovely staff, dog park, great BBQ, band at night … really a top notch KOA.
Love the campground but they do not do a monthly stay! Stayed a few days in camp sites and cabins!
I typically frown on KOAs, but our friends were staying here, so we did too. It was a nice set up, with a creek running through the middle, good facilities and some fun camp spots for tents on grass amongst the trees.
This is a really nice campground with lots of amenties. Hot tun wasnt working while we stayed.
Stayed the weekend before and up to 4th of July. They were kind enough to work with us last minute. Staff was amazingly nice. Restrooms were kept clean which could not be easy with the amount of people that were there.
Beautiful campground in a beautiful location! Wake up to Mountain Views in the distance. Quiet area, easy access. CLEAN, private showers-I enjoyed the fact that the showers weren’t separated men/women but that they were actual bathrooms with shower, toilet, and sink. They brought firewood to us, and were so friendly. Our site was big and had a nice fire pit.
campground is nice, lots of places to walk, close to Ouray, beautiful Mountain View’s everywhere.
This is a typical KOA in a beautiful setting. They have plenty to do for the kids in the campground, from fishing to hiking to dipping a toe in the creek. The facility was clean the camp host was nice. THe sites are a little crowded but they were level for a tent site.
