Great for boaters

This campground is decent and close to the lake. We stayed at site 19. The site was level and was a double site. There are two power pedestals and two water hookups. The right driveway accommodated our 33' trailer and truck with no problems. The other driveway was significantly shorter but would probably be great if you're towing a boat as well. Getting into the site was difficult with a longer trailer. The road itself is pretty narrow and curved, and the driveway is fairly narrow with a tree on the passenger side so be careful backing in. The site layout is ok. While there's plenty of space available, it's not really set up with space to sit around the fire but more for picnic table sitting. There's alsovery little grass. It's almost entirely rock with concrete areas for the picnic tables. We were here Memorial Day weekend so it was very busy. That's the biggest con of this section of sites. It backs up on to one of the main roads. The road is very busy and a lot of people drive it like they're trying to qualify for the Daytona 500. If you're coming here to spend all your time on the lake and very little at your site, this site may be for you.

Disappointed

I've stayed out here a lot recently. I try a different spot each time. This time it would've been preventable if someone had done their job and mowed the grass. Checked on on Thursday, I mentioned it to the host. It's Sunday, and the grass is extremely long. Lots of extra bugs because of it.

Fall colors are fantastic .

COE campground on Beaver Lake. Quiet and relaxing for a change. Sites are needing a bit of resurfacing and when they do the repairs I hope they regrade to make them closer to level. Not so bad that a few boards would correct the slope. Showers and bathrooms are fine.

COE rarely disappoints

Last minute online reservation got me a prime spot in this wonderful campground. Came to the area to visit Crystal Bridges Museum. The campground is easy to get to and only 25 minutes to Bentonville and 10 minutes to Rogers. Plenty on Walmarts here since this is where they started. The sites at the campground are nicely spaced apart. I had a great spot backing to the woods. There is a variety of hook ups and sites to choose from. A huge marina and boat ramp are on site as well. Since the campground is broken into small sections, traffic is limited near the sites which adds to the peacefulness. The sunrise comes up over the lake and is a must see. Not every section has a bathroom or shower but that can be seen on the park map. A delightful stay.

My fav go to for work in NWA

I like this campground because it’s close to Rogers. I use it when I’m working in the area to shorten my commute. Some sites have water and electric. All have electric. Best sites are 96 for spaciousness and lake view, 73, 74, & 5 for levelness and easy in and out. For those on vacation, the swim beach, & marina are good! There are several good restaurants popping up; Fat Chef, Sam’s BBQ and burgers, a bakery, and nice breakfast spot on 12. Downtown Rogers is on the revival too. Check out Lake Atlanta and Hobbs State Park for hiking and biking.

Very Quiet & Spacious

Great camping area. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is there is no sewer hook ups. There is however a dump station on site. The bathrooms are also just average.

There are stores close by but not at the camp grounds.

Easy access to the lake is a plus.

Good not great

Facility is on Beaver Lake with good access to the largest launch ramp.. Sites are smaller and only a few have full hook ups. Prices are ok and you can only book online. Not our favorite place. But these are close to the lake ..

Good option

Reserved spots here solely because of availability for Memorial Day weekend. Basically every spot has water hookup EXCEPT the spots in the loop we were in (which is fine, we were aware before we arrived). Be prepared with as many leveling blocks as you can bring if you have a trailer. All spots seemed to have unlevel pads. We are planning to return but definitely not in the same spots we had.
