Tough exit to find from I8

This is an obscure BLM road #8011 that just leaves I8 to south from the east bound lanes. There is a old bldg that you can look for to turn at. No camping by the old bldg. An unlocked gate takes you on a narrow gravel road about 1/4 mile to another flat area by some old bldgs, this seems to be…

Free dispersed BLM exit #140

This is a free dispersed camping area in the BLM Sonoran National Monument. Take Interstate 8, Exit #140 and take gravel road to south. The gravel road is rough washboard first section, then gets narrower and just rough. Camping areas seem to be just within less than a mile of the Interstate so…

Great privacy and pavilions

Stayed closer to highway bc kids make a lot of noise and we didn’t have to worry about bothering anyone. Views are great and sites well maintained.

Gracious host!

I planned on staying about 5 miles away on some public land but upon arrival, I didn’t have service (remote worker) so I quickly found this place. Arrived in the dark and pulled up the reservation site (all online). It’s $10/night plus a $2 processing fee. Spots were spacious, had a picnic table…

Reservation cancellation at Casa Grande RV Resort and Cottages

I gave 4 days note for cancellation of a reservation using their on-line procedure. I received an email reply acknowledging my cancellation and a comment that a representative would contact me. When no one did, I assumed that my notice of cancellation had been processed. WRONG!  I found out…

We will be back!

Only stayed here one night but we thought it was pretty nice. A little close to a busy road so for our pop up it was a bit noisy. Might try to get a campsite on the other side of the grounds next time. Nice heated pools and hot tub, Clean bathrooms/ shower rooms. Has a game room, pickle ball…

Nice place, convenient to shopping, propane etc.

Full hookups, lots of open spaces at this time, you'll come on down. Weather is great, warm days, cool nights. Well in December anyways. Its a nice quiet campground, there is some traffic noise, but otherwise a nice spot, very convenient to about any type shopping you could need. Great place to…

Pay cash or watch your credit card statement

Clean park with full hookups. They sell propane and have a store, however they are rarely open. If you need propane you have to ring a large brass bell. If you need anything from the store, your better off driving into town. If you need to check in or out you have to call the camp host number…

Pinal county park and has no amenities so be prepared to dry camp. Price is $10/ day - day use is free. All but 1 or 2 site are pull thru with shade Ramada’s and picnic tables. County does a great job at keeping the gravels roads in the park well maintained, however during the rainy season be…

Tight sites, great amenities

We've stayed at the Casa Grande RV Resort twice and both times enjoyed the facilities.  The daily breakfast is a great way to get the day started and to meet fellow travelers.  There are quite a few seasonal folks, so there's a strong community.  Everyone was very welcoming to us even though we…
