Nice area

There are a lot of options on campsites. I recommend somewhere in a cove or near the marina. The lake is fairly large and there are some small but good resturaunts in Pine Haven.

Lovely lake & simple camping

They have a lot of campgrounds to choose from here and I believe all of them are right along the water. Cabins too. We stayed in the Wind Creek campground since it was the furthest from the main entrance and therefore the most empty. Campsites are along the water among scattered trees. This isn’t too far from Devil’s Tower, an hour or so depending on the route, so you can use this as a backup option when all the sites are full up there. We borrowed a canoe from very kind neighbors but I don’t know if there’s a spot to rent them nearby. If you have a boat, definitely bring it!

Beautiful scenery

Keyhole is a fantastic, quiet little place to get away. Set in the beautiful Black Hills of Wyoming, it is close to many area attractions. Keyhole provides a great place for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and water sports.
