Village Inn on the Lake

The RV sites are small.. if you have a neighbor with a slide out then you lose half of your green space. That's a big drawback. It does seem like that people only stay here one night as they head on to other destinations.

They do have a larger community grilling and firepit space which we used with other group members which worked great. We stayed Thurs-Sun and no one really utilized the area.

The indoor pool is so nice! It's a saltwater pool and they have a separate hot tub. It was not crowded the time we went but I'm sure it can get busy (maybe more in winter since it's indoors).

This is also a hotel and I have seen at least 2 of the different rooms offered. The family suite is large (but dated). Has a small private balcony overlooking woods and you can sit out front to see the lake from afar.

I also saw the dog friendly Lakeview rooms which had two queens. They were nicely sized but definitely dated. Those had nice wood flooring (laminate I think) no carpet.

They have rooms right off the pool room too which I'm sure here activities at the pool. It would be nice to quickly see when no one is there haha.

Overall, the campground is more suitable for those getting rooms than for the campers. Also, it's right off a busy road so you hear the cars all night long... occasionally a wave sound comes through!

The hotel is convenient for your family and friends to stay if they don't have a camper.   

The area is your playground with lots of biking and hiking trails.  

I highly recommend Village Inn on the Lake.   Convenient No-Fuss Booking!

Campground is part of a motel. Can use the indoor pool as campers. Not much of a campground but worked for our stay during a ball tournament.
