    SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Dragoon Creek Campground provides pet-friendly campsites with clean, spacious sites that feel secluded despite proximity to other campers. Pets must remain on leash throughout the park, though many sites offer enough room for dogs to relax comfortably with their owners. The campground requires a Washington Discover Pass and limits stays to three days within a 30-day period. Camp hosts regularly patrol to enforce rules and check passes. Deer Park RV Resort offers a more upscale experience for pet owners, with dedicated pet areas and meticulously maintained grounds adjacent to a golf course. Both locations feature vault toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings at each site, though only Deer Park RV Resort provides full hookups. Reviews indicate the bathrooms at both locations are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Visitors with pets appreciate the spaciousness between campsites that allows for privacy.

Nearby trails provide exercise opportunities for dogs, though Dragoon Creek itself offers limited water access with primarily shallow wading areas. While camping at Dragoon Creek, pet owners should be prepared for seasonal wasp activity that has affected some campers' experiences. The park closes at 10pm, preventing late-night arrivals and helping maintain a quiet atmosphere for all guests. Pend Oreille County Park offers additional pet-friendly camping with miles of hiking and biking trails through dense forest, making it ideal for active dogs. Sites at Pend Oreille cost just $10 per night and include picnic tables and fire pits in a shaded environment. The thick forest canopy at both locations provides essential shade during hot summer days, keeping pets comfortable even during peak temperatures. Pack-in, pack-out policies apply at most area campgrounds, with no trash service available.

      North Spokane RV Campground

      Well maintained and manicured

Very clean with all the trim :) space between units, a dog park and playground, and nearby to restaurants while being just far enough on the edge of town to feel as such

      River Walk RV Park

Parking lot near river and bike trail

It is hard to find many positives about this place. It has nothing to do with the people, but only about the "campground". It is a parking lot. No grass. Very tight. Lots of seasonal folks. There is a dog park. It Is right on the river. It is right on the bike trail. It is close to town. Beyond that. There is nothing that I deem attractive or desirable about this place. So for me personally, we passed. Please check out the photos and judge for yourself.

Peaceful Pines RV Park & Campground

      Week Stay

I’ve never been so harassed before by a campground for having a pet. Definitely not pet friendly. There is literally one tree they make you stay at and you can’t walk the campground with your dog.

      Northern Quest RV Resort

      Great NEW location

This is a newer campground in Airway Heights very close to the Spokane Airport and near the Northern Quest Casino. The campground has a pool, gym, dog park, and has free shuttle service to casino and airport. Very nice bathrooms (just not enough) also the trees are small, but once the trees mature there will be nice shade areas. Lots to do in the area and shopping very close. End of the day I will be staying here again.

      Liberty Lake RV Campground

Looks like a parking lot with RVs

This is a newer RV park in Liberty Lake. They have only been open 2 years. Liberty Lake is between Spokane, WA and Coeur d’Alene ID. There are about 130 spaces or so, with concrete pads and paved streets. There is grass between sites, but they are much too close to be comfortable, and there is no shade! And, the rules!!! Lots more rules than most other camping areas.’ It also appears many of the residents are semi-permanent. They have free cable snd wifi, a dog park, playground, swimming pool, laundry, and dump station. The sites are 30/50 amp, most are pull through but the outer ring is back in. They also have propane. They are on the pricy side: an outside loop 50 ft. Site is $74/night. Good Sam gets you a 10% discount. It is easy access to I-90 both East and west.

      Coeur d'Alene RV Resort

      Nice Public Bldg

We stayed the night in January and had a late check-in. Paid $69 and had access to full hookups. If you are not there before 5 pm they will not share the code for the bathrooms, etc so beware! Neighbors are told not to give out the code so we had quite a time trying to get in! The public building has bathrooms, laundry, pool, small store and a nice lounge. Lots are quite close together but it is neatly laid out with a few dog parks.

      Wolf Lodge Campground

      Clean and convenient

Made my reservation for an overnight stay over the phone on my way there. Staff was very kind and friendly. I came after the office was closed and a map was left for which tent site was mine. Very clean campgrounds, had a cute little dog park in it too. Ample amount of restrooms and showers available, that were spotless and well stocked.
