Coeur d'Alene RV Resort

Nice enough and well maintained park.  Probably 1/3 - 1/2 of park appear to be full time residents.  Sites are close with gravel for RV and a cement pad with a picnic table at each one.  Combination of pull thru's and back-ins.  Good power and water pressure, sewer hookups can be a bit challenging depending upon the tree roots and the adapters you have.  Large shower and laundry facility.  Pool is inside with a spa tub - neither are huge.  Friendly staff and conveniently located just off of I-90.  Good Wi-Fi and cell service, but no cable TV.

We stayed the night in January and had a late check-in. Paid $69 and had access to full hookups. If you are not there before 5 pm they will not share the code for the bathrooms, etc so beware! Neighbors are told not to give out the code so we had quite a time trying to get in! The public building has bathrooms, laundry, pool, small store and a nice lounge. Lots are quite close together but it is neatly laid out with a few dog parks.

Crowded and way too many year-round permanent trailers with their spots filled with stuff. Not very clean. Play structure and "club house" are run down. Would not recommend.

We ended up not staying. It appears to be mostly extended stay or permanent guests. Some take pride with their sites, but mostly lots of "stuff" crowded around each unit. There is a road noise with a lot of traffic. It did not appeal to me, but it is a safe area, so staying a night should be just fine.

Although I'm more used to boondocking. This was a nice 👌 place. We were able to to have full hookups and take advantage of a wonderful 👏 shower and Wi-Fi. I would recommend for an overnight, there are laundry facilities as well.
