Large open sites with view of lake. Friendly staff. Camp store food is great and delivery to site is helpful after a long day of travel. Don't miss the hidden gem at the end of the Bluffs trail. Close enough to Burlington for a tourist day. Enjoyed local shops, restaurants, and the back roads foe…
Good location for Stowe, pleasant campground with clean showers, laundry, sites on the grass. No frills but fine.
Amazing park on Lake Champlain Boat launch , kayaking , beach for swimming Have cabins, leantos, and 112 sites Super updated-clean showers/bathrooms Some premium sites for more privacy (highlighted on web map)
We stayed at this campground in a travel trailer for one week spent hours floating down the river biking took day trips to Lake Placid and Burlington Vermont lots of seasonal campers but for a day camping the sites are really nice would highly recommend. There was a single bathroom right up from…

Or site was large enough for two double tents, a hammock, and 2 vehicles. Each site includes a fire ring and picnic table. The office sells firewood. Both bath houses were adequate, even containing shampoo and body wash. Staff was friendly. Some if the sites are rather close to each other, and the…

I agree with some other reviewers that the proximity to the road does detract a little bit. But at night time when you're sleeping it doesn't seem to be much of a problem, though a white noise app on your phone would help.
My site was large enough for two double tents, a hammock, and if needed,…

This is an extremely organized and well run campground. Very neat and clean with great views of the lake in multiple directions. The sites are pretty large and level and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. We travel in a 38 ft. Class A Motorhome and had no problems…
Tiered levels and offsets spots give many views of Lake Champlain. Pricey but beautiful bathrooms, laundry, huge pool and store that makes and delivers great sandwiches
Spent 3 days, 2 nights here from a Wednesday-Friday. Very large and busy campground, close to Lake Placid and other cool activities to take in. Pros- hot showers, convenient laundromat, you are guided to your site by staff on golf carts. Cons- tent sites aren’t given much privacy, on the days we…
We love the themed weekends for the kids and the private sites, add on a golf cart rental and it’s a great time had by all!
The sites are roomy and semi-private which is nice. The pool is very cool, my kids really enjoyed it, but it was crowded and you are constantly dodging footballs & other balls that are constantly whizzing by your head. The pool is a little less crowded at night & lit up nicely.

We had a site on the river and it was beautiful! I saw other reviews that mentioned the sites being close together- while the sites are on the close side we had enough room to feel comfortable--put out our awning, set up our screened in Pop-Up tent& sit around the fire.
The park does seem to…

This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful park I have stayed in. The facilities were clean and the shower was nice and hot. The staff are helpful and friendly. Since the park is on a island in Lake Champlain in Vermont there is water all around. Good places to walk and ride.
Beautiful sites on the River but with the wet summer, we just couldn’t dry out. Make sure to lock you valuables. Our Jackery, Solar panels & toilet were stolen.
We loved how private each of the sites were. The pool was also perfect for our children.
