Ausable Pines RV Park & Campground

First impression...walk into office to check in and get hit with wall of cigarette smoke. Bathrooms were disgusting. Rec hall has holes in the roof and walls, rarely open. Asked for a picnic table for our site...you would have thought we were asking for a luxury item. Fire pit was filled with garbage. Playground consisted of rusty swing and broken items. Pool had restricted hours with emergency phone available that did not work. Site fees were discounted if you paid in cash...I am sure that was not reported as income.
