Mountain View RV Park

With full hookups and sites accommodating RVs up to 66 feet, Mountain View RV Park provides a convenient highway-accessible base for exploring southeastern Utah. The campground sits directly off the main road, making it easy for large rigs to navigate in and out. A designated grassy tent area offers space for those without RVs, positioned away from the road noise.

The facility features updated restrooms with combined bathroom and shower units, plus a laundry room equipped with large-capacity machines. WiFi reaches throughout the property with sufficient bandwidth for streaming. "The modern bathrooms were fabulous with bathroom and shower all together," notes one reviewer, though several mention the trade-off of highway noise from passing trucks, particularly at night.

Campers use this location as a staging point for area overlooks and attractions. The campground typically has availability even during busy periods, with spacious sites that handle big rigs comfortably. Adjacent horse pastures add a rural element to the setting. For additional options in the area, campers can explore places to camp near Monticello.

The park operates seasonally from May through October, with reservations available for advance planning.

Super clean

This is a very nice RV park conveniently right off the highway that was never full when I was there. Mostly large rigs but an occasional tent camper came in and used the grassy tent area farthest from the road. The modern bathrooms were fabulous with bathroom and shower all together. Nice laundry room with huge machines. The Wi-Fi allowed me to stream a couple Netflix movies in the evening. The only downfall is that it is right off of the highway where large trucks travel so it is quite loud.
