Dispersed along a forest road in the Abajo Mountains, this free campsite in Manti-La Sal National Forest sits a couple miles up from the trailhead, well within reach on a standard 2WD vehicle. Campsites are scattered at intervals rather than clustered together. An established fire ring is already in place. The site has enough room to fit an RV, though it would be a tight squeeze, and the road access makes it a functional base for campgrounds near Manti-La Sal National Forest OHV and ATV riders. Abajo Flat Camp is roughly 1.8 miles east for campers who want a different setup.
