Clean and convenient

The owner and host are very friendly and the host is very helpful. Conveniently located to visit Arches National Park, Mesa Verde National Park and Four Corners National Monument Restrooms are like house bathrooms with showers and they’re nice and clean

Needs more improvements

This used to be an old trailer park, per the host. Be aware that the sites are laid out for a park and not a campground. The turn in off the main street looks like it could be a tight squeeze for some rigs and there's not much in the way of space between the sites. Not only that but the site I was in had antiquated electric service. However, some other sites did appear to have upgraded pedestals. If I attempted to run my electric heater, I would get an alert for low power. So, I was unable to run the heater. On the other hand, things like the bath house and laundry facilities have been nicely updated.

The location was good for seeing the sites we were interested in and getting supplies in Monticello. Nice grocery store! Also, the camp hosts (especially John) were awesome, but I don't think I would stay here again, unless the electric gets a serious update.

Great owners, poor wifi, tight spaces

We have a 34 ft travel trailer, the park was full when we came in so we could NOT back in. We had to drive over the curb to get our trailer in. There are two rows with about a dozen spaces on each side. One row for “smaller” rigs, the other for larger. I still wouldn’t come back to this campground unless I had something under 30’

Wifi provided was slow and I had 0 T-Mobile service so couldn’t use my wifi, but my Verizon hotspot worked.

Owners were SO sweet and so friendly. There’s one bathroom and it’s one of the nicest park bathrooms we’ve seen lol. There are 2 washers and dryers (2 each) and when we were there one dryer was down.

Great last minute choice

Not very large but fees very homely.. sites are good sized and can handle bigger rigs. Free WiFi and Cable. Not to bad for the $45 we paid.. close to Moab and very UTV friendly.. trails start just down the street. So many places to visit just a short drive away! Lots of night and day time wildlife visitors.
