Gravel roads lead into Neville Bay, a dispersed campground on the southern end of Land Between the Lakes in Bumpus Mills, Tennessee. Sites are scattered along the water's edge, with several reviewers noting that the ground near the lake runs mostly flat, making tent setup more manageable there than in other sections of the area. The access road is passable for larger rigs, though one camper brought a 30-foot travel trailer and found the terrain uneven away from the waterfront. No hookups are available. Generators are permitted until 11 p.m.
Water access is the main draw. Sites with lake frontage tend to fill on summer weekends, and the campground has seen multiple groups arriving at the same time, so solitude is not guaranteed during warmer months. Jason W. sums it up as "secluded but still accessible," which captures the balance this spot strikes between remoteness and a driveable approach. A vault toilet is on-site, picnic tables are provided, and trash service is available. Cell service reaches the area.
Amenities stay minimal but functional. Pets are welcome, campfires are allowed, and the campground is ADA accessible. Campers looking for electric and water hookups will need to look elsewhere in the region. Gatlin Point Self-Service Campground sits a few miles to the south and may suit those wanting a different setup along the same stretch of LBL.
