Update 9/14/2020: All state park day-use and overnight lodging facilities are open according to standard seasons and hours. Group cabin camps remain closed for 2020.


Modern Cabins

Eleven modern cabins are available for rent year round. These cabins sleep six people and have:

    Two bedrooms
    Bathroom with shower
    Kitchen
    Dining/living area
    Electric heat
    Dock on Lake Arthur during the summer season

Renters must provide:

    Linens
    Towels
    Cookware
    Tableware

Play equipment for children is in a central area.

This activity or structure is ADA accessible.

Dogs are permitted in Cabins #7 and #11 for a fee.

Camping is prohibited in the park. Private campgrounds nearby offer camping. Information is available at the park office.
Backpacking

The Link Road Overnight Shelter on the North Country National Scenic Trail is available to backpackers by reservation only.
Organized Group Tenting

There are two tent camping areas available for organized groups:

    Muskrat Cove
    Five Points

These rustic camps have:

    Restrooms
    Picnic tables
    Cooking grills
    Water, but no showers

Advance reservations are required. To reserve a group tent campsite, call 888-PA-PARKS (888-727-2757), Monday to Saturday, 7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. except on the Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day holidays.

Dravo's Landing Campground

We are a dedicated GAP Trail biker only campground. No vehicles are permitted at our campground. Our location is only 200 feet off the trail just 1/4 mile north of the GAP Trail headquarters building in West Newton. The campground is located right on the banks of the beautiful and historic Youghiogheny River. West Newton is a full service, biker friendly town. You can walk to all the restaurants, bars, stores and Main Street from the campground for dinner and entertainment, or for a home style breakfast in the morning to get ready for your next day of pedaling.

Campground Closed for Renovation: The campground on Leslie Road will be completely unavailable during renovations beginning October 20, 2019. NOTE: A one-lane bridge on Echo Dell Road CANNOT accommodate vehicles with trailers or RVs. You must approach the Park Office, Wildlife Education Center, Gaston's Mill, and Pioneer Village from the south if you are traveling in a large vehicle.

Rustic Acres is snuggled in by giant oak and pine trees, what a beautiful backdrop to relax in! Additionally, we are bordered on two sides by beautiful Pennsylvania State game lands; 3,000 acres of wooded game land, boasting public hunting and fishing of both large and small game. 

 At Rustic Acres, YOUR 1st CLASS family experience is our TOP PRIORITY & we strive in every way to make sure your every visit is one you & your family will never forget! Rustic Acres boasts a beautiful campground that surrounds a wonderful picnic pavilion, with a sun room, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room left for dancing and parties.  For the kid in all of us, Rustic Acres offers horse shoes, shuffle board, children's playground, wading creek, basketball, volleyball, miniature golf, and hiking trails. At Rustic Acres, our goal is to make your camping vacation as relaxing and pleasant as possible. That's why we go out of our way to offer every amenity you need. Whether you come as a tent camper, an RV camper, or are planning to stay in one of our rental campers, we know you'll have a terrific experience. Rustic Acres camp store, a great place to visit for last minute supplies and snacks. We've got a Laundromat facility with 2 large bathrooms; dumping station is here for the campers convenience. We also have a 1,000 gallon propane tank for refills, with site pick-up service.
