Stayed 3 nights because I wanted to be centrally located to the he Flight 93 Memorial and Falling Water (about 30 miles to each). The non pet section is heavily wooded and very shady. The pet section is more of a loop set up with some trees. The no pet section had no, zero, zilch cell service so…
Camped in the Lakeside Loop. This State Park is so Clean! The campground gives you easy access to anything you want to do. Fish, swim, hike, bike, kayak. It can all be done. Great Place for kids and the beach are has a great playground. Will definitely become a regular spot!

September 2020 Stay
This was a 1-night stay. We stayed here because the nearby state parks we were interested in were full for the weekend. It was OK given the circumstances, but I would prefer a state park. The location was on the edge of town. The campground is right up against some…
August 2020 Stay
We camped for 1 night. We chose site 102 because it looked decent in the picture and seemed a little apart and more private than other areas. Unfortunately, it was not great for tent camping as there wasn't really a spot to set up our 4-person tent. We squeezed it in by the…
Camp site was a little awkward when tent camping. We stayed in Birch so not sure about the other sites but it seemed better suited for an RV. Our site had hardly any space for a tent if you didn’t want to sleep on rocks it was nice to be near the lake but glad we had a shaded spot. The showers…
Duman lake review notes.
- Well-maintained small park, stocked lake, popular with local fisherman. Kayaking/small boat fishing. I’ve seen bald eagle and osprey.
- Six campsites, w/mature trees, level, w/paved drive & gravel area, large enough for mid-sized RVs. They state 40 ft., but all are…
Semi private & large tent sites. Medium size beach and dock to launch kayaks at. Fish weren’t biting for us this weekend!
Free bike-in camp site with water access along the Youghiogheny River. Access from the Allegheny Gap trail. There were a few shelters, nice campsite. It’s close to an old cemetery which is useful in telling ghosts stories around the campfire
Friendly staff ,pretty clean lots of stuff to do.
Spent one night here midweek in late May. Most campsites were unoccupied, so very quiet. Site 172 is right along a babbling brook. Showers were hot and free. Everything was very well maintained. The nearby small lake has a large sandy beach and beautiful views. Would have been nice for paddling…
This is a nice park, close to home with a lake. We like to picnic and go fishing. There are nice trails, volleyball areas, and playgrounds.
Very clean and helpful camp. Too bad the fishing isn’t the best at yellow creek national park.
Great access to the Allegheny bike trail and all the small towns near. No shade over campsites.
Great little campground for smaller groups/families/couples! Very good environment right next to the GAP. Right on the river and was nice and quiet! Bathrooms weren't bad, but could have been a little cleaner.
We camped here with family two days in April. The tent sites are fine, maintained with hard gravel tent spots. Each site is a good size and spaced apart for privacy. The bathrooms were clean. Water spigots and even a dish clean out area made it lovely (the dishes sink was closed for the season…
