Bring your check book!!!

We rented a RV spot for 78$ a night which I’m OK with and then we wanted to go on the dock and crab and they charged us 15$ per crab ring that we own what a joke!!! and then after paying this ridiculous fee we had about 4 hours to crab we did ok not great and we cook our own they closed the dock at 6 pm again BS if your staying at the campground. We were going to stay a few days but we got the heck out of there and went somewhere we didn’t get bent over for everything you want to do. Even use the bathrooms which we never used because we have a large RV

Great experience

Campsites are good size with some privacy. I was able to fit my 13ft pull behind with a canopy, a 2nd canopy and a 3 person tent as well as two SUV’s. The sites are grassy and many have a view of the bay. There is a stocked store, firewood and crabbing. Also Boat rentals. Friendly staff and owners

Surprisingly great

I headed to the coast in search of first come first served spots and after many stops with no vacancy I got a tip that this place had openings. I arrived around 6pm and only a few of their 10 tent sites were occupied. I grabbed spot 4 on the end so I had neighbors across and next to me but only on one side. The site was right on the water so I really enjoyed watching the sun set over the bay! Sites are close together but I didn’t mind at all.

Unexpected Opportunity

I showed up just looking for a site to put my tent up on my journey. I got here and found out you can fish for crabs, they cook for you here, the people are extremely friendly and helpful, you could rent a boat, families are welcome, and the site has an amazing view when the sun came up. I was very pleased with the service and ended up staying an extra night. Talking to people I found that many of them keep coming back here and travel many miles to do so. Just a fantastic place and I hope I can make it back out here to stay here again.

Great RV park with the bonus of fresh seafood

RV park has view of bay and mountains. You can rent items to go crabbing or just eat some of their fresh clams, oysters and crab. We did a bit both! Staff is friendly and hard working.

Good quick overnight stop

Small but nice, and trailer & RV friendly. Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice & clean restrooms. Fires allowed. Pets allowed at site but not on beach. Seemed a little expensive.

Lucky last spot

About 4 years ago my wife, who was my gf then, and I took a road trip to Seattle to see her grandma. While making our way back to Arizona, we decided to cruise down the coast.

We didn’t reserve any camping spots on our trip and just decided we would just decide where we would stay as we went on our trip. After a full day or visiting the Northwest coast of Oregon all day. We needed to find a place to stay around Nehalem. Unfortunately all the state parks were packed and so we’re the local private campgrounds.

So we started making our way south and out of no where we saw signs for this place. It was already dark and we were starting to get desperate to find a place, and lucky for us we got the second to last spot here.

Although the spaces were very near each other, the location of the camping spots was great! With a nice view of the bay and smell of the ocean not far away, we definitely enjoyed our stay at this place that night. If we had more time I think we would of stayed a couple more nights there for sure.
