Beautiful and quiet

This small city park in a small Oklahoma town was a pleasant surprise. Had water and electric if desired or dry camping. Near the Arkansas river. Locals that drive thru the park were very friendly. Camp host were very friendly. The night time was quiet except for occasional train. We felt very safe. The park was very clean. $10 night

Hidden Gem of a campground

I stumbled upon this little hidden gem of a city park after having a dual tire blowout on I-40. I spent 10 days here. The Webbers Falls City Memorial Park has it all: grass drive on sites with 50 AMP service; potable water hookup, BBQ grills, picnic tables, group shelters, playground, sanitary dump station, comfort station with HOT water, boat dock and launching ramp, and on-site campground hosts. As a Senior, my fee was $13 per night.

The city park sits on and alongside the Arkansas River and the McClellan-Kerr Navigation Channel. Off the beaten path, I was the only RV here for 8 of my 10 days and I enjoyed the privacy. The small community of Webbers Falls has no services but Gore, OK is just across the bridge. I highly recommend BJ's AAA Towing Service (owner, Brenda, is awesome and incredible!!); also Riverside Equipment Services in Gore, OK.

Great place with river view

This was a surprise gem we found due to a wrong turn. This city park has 50amp hookups with water available at some sites and a dump site available for no charge. Camping is on the grass so rain could turn it soggy but we had no problems and we had a great view of the river. The camp host was very friendly and gave us a senior discount so we paid $13. They prefer cash so bring some if you want to stay here. This was a very pleasant place and we would come again if we pass through this area again!
