BlueJay Drive

I had campsite 15 and it was probably one the prettiest ones on the drive. The campsites were closer together than I expected them to be so if you’re trying to not be around people, this one might not work. We could hear other campers and their arguments. Regardless it was a nice peaceful place. It…

Billy Creek

Very rustic, no electricity or water. Some 4 wheelers on the area roads. Does have a vault toilet 👍. First come basis and no fees

Cool caves

This is a cool spot to visit. The park has many hiking trails and a lake to explore. The Camper sites were not crowded. There was plenty of space between spots. The showers close to our camp spot we’re a bit crusty. Their are other showers closer to the lake that are much newer and cleaner. Overall…

Sweet spot!!

We stayed in the Carson Creek, Turkey Loop spot 4, and it was awesome. It was a great little spot with full hookups and right in the middle of town, so we were only 20 minutes max from everything!! We will be back for sure.

Something For Everyone

This was our first trip in our new 21’ camper. Robbers Cave was quiet, and the sites were huge. Be sure to check if your site is flat, ours had a huge step down to the picnic table and fire ring. Plenty of tree cover, restrooms and showers if needed. They have upgraded most bathrooms/showers…

Eagle’s Nest Campground

I had Eagle’s Nest to myself… in June. No perks out there, but if you are looking for quiet and distanced sites, this is the site for you in the park. Robber’s Cave itself if a cool little walk on the rocks, though the cave itself has been ravaged by tourists or locals with a need to make their…

Perfect for a primitive experience

Many off-path sites marked only by fire rings and small forest clearings. Be prepared to park and walk long distances and bring everything with you. The closest town is a 20 minute drive. Generally very clean and mostly appears undisturbed whether from little use or attention to preserving a…

Great first camping experience

Went camping with my 7 year old son. Camp site was right in the river. New restrooms/showers were under construction but they had a portable comfort station in our campground.

Decent place for people set up to dry camp

The campground is very peaceful, only two other campers On a Thursday in the middle of June. There used to be places to get water but they are turned offIt really looks like there is very little maintenance. There are pit toilets But that is it. It is a very peaceful place but lacking in amenities

Beautiful. Simply, beautiful!

This place is terrific! Awesome view, abundant wildlife (we had a bald eagle perched across the cove from us for two days, when he wasn’t flying up and down the channel) and very peaceful. Fish from your tent pad if you wish because most are within 15 feet from the water.

We are seasoned tent…
