LegendWe stayed here one night on our way through the area. The owners were very nice and helped us get situated in our site. The roads in the campground are dirt, rutted, and steep. I am glad we unhooked our Jeep before navigating our RV to the site. The RV rocked and rolled quite a bit :-) The site was level, clean with full hook-ups. The price was very reasonable. Most campers were seasonal or long-term campers.

GuideWe loved this RV park so much, we kept adding nights. The owners are great - super helpful. Under new ownership and the name is now Blue Ridge Falls RV Resort. Plenty of space between sites so it felt private, and all campers were respectful. Every day, at 5pm, the happy hour bell rings and it’s a great chance to meet people and learn tips on the area. Showers were clean and laundry was easy. There was never a line for any of it. This is our favorite site on our trip across the country so far! Thank you!
TravelerNew owners and they are changing the name to Blue Ridge Falls RV Resort. Beautiful park, lots of mature landscaping and large private, level sites. Gatherings by the pavilion every night at 5. Great community feel. Lots to do in the area. State park is only a few minutes drive away as well as Panthertown for hiking and biking. The area is known for having over 250 waterfalls. Highly recommend a visit.
LegendFirst off this is really just a campground for RVs and you wouldn’t want to drive in and stay in a tent here. However, for that purpose it is a nice site and located in a great area. Right along the Cullasaja rive you have easy access to swimming and boating or you can drive a mile or two up the road and get to some amazing swimming holes with cliff jumping and natural water slides. The area is really beautiful year round though best in the summer when you can cool off from the hot days by getting in the water. The campground itself has many of the amenities you would want while RV camping such as full hook up and picnic benches for hanging out at. They also promote a family friendly environment that seemed to be very welcoming. Overall, their location right along the river and only a few minutes downstream of the amazing swimming makes this a place well worth checking out.

Their current focus is providing a campground to the traveling nurses that are coming through the area but they do have some flexibility for travelers. Kim was fantastic at helping us with arriving early due to hurricane Ian and Mike was on site with a rain coat when we did finally show up! That’s just amazing compassion that you might not get elsewhere larger. Great Wi-Fi, level sites, and easy access to everything you could need.
TravelerWe started our season out with this trip and had a blast. This was one of the best rv parks we have stayed at. We had a park that backed up to the big lake and had neighbors at both neighboring sites, we still had plenty of room. The people running the park were super friendly and took great pride in the park. We had firewood delivered to our site twice and they were very happy to do so. Big playground for our little girl and she had a blast. We will be returning soon.
TravelerThis is our second year to camp here and the new management shows! Campsites are cleaner, new rustic tent sites are being developed and gone are the old grandfathered in long term RVs taking up primo sites season long!
GuideI stayed at Rutledge Lake RV Resort July 7-9, 2023. The site was pretty level and the staff was friendly. The sites are packed in fairly close together but my neighbors were all extremely quiet. My Starlink had great line of sight and I had no issues streaming video. My Verizon cell phone also got great reception.
