This is a six man tent set on 8 acres on the Manasquan River. We rent the tent for fun sleep overs and small parties. Can be customized to your needs. This is just one tent and you are the only party on the property when you rent it. Comes with fire pit movie screen and projector picnic area seating and a bathroom.
