Tip Tam Camping Resort

My family and I stayed at Tip Tam this weekend. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The camp store was great also. As it is very early in the season the pools were not yet open but appear to be very nice. There are alot of activities with in the campground as well that were impressive. Just from walking around I saw the two pools, an RC track, bocci, shuffle and board. They did have organized activities set up as well. There is also a pavillion in the middile of the campground with a Ms Pacman/Galaga classic arcard game, as well as a small library and soda machine. AT&T cell service was good. Te site are very close together, and you can hear your neighbors easily. There is not currently a dog park, but the owner told me that they were going to be constructing one in the future. There is a Monmouth County dog park under five minutes away that is huge. There are many close by food options and stores as well.

We have been here several times and our daughter loves it. Great place for kids and tons of activities. Campground is very clean and staff goes above and beyond. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and they all loved it as well.

There is plenty to do or not. Kids can go. Mini golf, swimming, pedal cars. Wooded sites. Owner Darren is great. Like family. Big sites

The place was fun.. they have peddle cars and playgrounds. They deliver wood to your site by the truck full! Nice little store and staff are all friendly. My only issue is that there are no trees. It feels like you're camping out in a field with mostly sand around. But having said that, I'd still recommend it for all of the positive they do have.

Stayed for a night and enjoyed our experience. Bathrooms were clean and the pool was nice but very cold!!!! Not a big Campground but they fit us in last minute.

The place was nice & cleaned and cheap. The lady in the store is rude & smokes to much, the pool area closes at 6pm that’s to early I think, the Baseball fields is run down, Quite time is from 10:00pm-8am Strictly Enforced but people were still partying & making noise at till 1am.

The staff and campers are very friendly. Sites are nice and clean. The bathrooms and showers are kept clean. Over all a good place.

The only downside I saw was people here are up way to early. 7am place was already loud. 7:45am a propane truck pulled in the full the propane and was extremely loud. 8am people with leaf blowers and chopping wood. Don’t expect to sleep past 7:30am.

Tip Tam Campground is close to central Jersey shore and Great Adventure. While mostly a seasonal campground there are several transiat sites with full hookup. This campground is well managed and it shows. All sites are well maintained and cared for. They also are a Good Sam and Passport America park. It is a diamond in the rough.
