Springvale Campground

This place used to be really fun. New owners came in this year and the whole environment has changed. They are not available or accessible. They never use a phone, only email. They have been very unprofessional and not respecting the clients who rent from them. They recently sent out a barrage of incoherent and angry emails, followed by a rent increase of 36-47% increase, depending on how they classified your site and gave everyone 10 days to make a decision. They are driving numerous families with young kids and retired folks on fixed incomes. Many of us are trapped into renting again for next year with not enough time to sell and take care of structures on our lots they will not allow us to sell to new owners. They are ruining summers and memories which could have been for many kids. Sad to see. Hopefully things turn around next year, but I am not optimistic.

Greatpool, golf cart trails back to a hidden lake, sports court, playgrounds, bunk houses allowed. New 50 ft pads with 35 and 55 amp connections, some organized events, friendly people and great owners.
