Kozy Oaks Kamp is a family owned, family friendly campground offering activities for all ages. Kozy Oaks Kamp is conveniently located on Horse leg lake, a small non-motorized environmental lake. Due to the depth of the lake, it is subject to winter freeze and is not a good fishing lake but great for small non-motorized water craft. There are many good fishing lakes in the area Kozy Oaks is near Blaine sports center, Almelund, North Branch, Cambridge, Isanti, Lindstrom, Stacy, Taylors Falls and Forest Lake, Minnesota. It is less than an hour's drive north from the Twin Cities on interstate 35. The grounds are adjacent to hiking and biking trail access at Irving and John Anderson County Park.

Family campground

We have camped here twice. Once about 5 years ago,we had a great time. They overbooked so allowed us to stay on the group site. It was huge. Then we stayed again2 years ago. We were put on a corner about the size of our living room. Very small site all open ,another camper rite next to us. A group site across the road with about 5 large campers on it. The kids always have fun ,they have a pool,RC track,mini golf, playground,and community room with board games &such. We would have preferred more privacy.

Smaller Rustic RV park

This is a smaller rumor rustic campground. The park isn’t fancy it has a decent pool and an ok playground for the kids. What this place lacks in amenities it makes up for in open space and quality management. Great for a quick weekend getaway. No full hookups but there is a fantastic group site and the individual sites are spacious. Newer owners this place is on the right track to be great.
