Reservations are available at The Jubilee Homestead, a privately run working farm campground outside Cambridge, Minnesota, with nightly rates ranging from $35 to $100. The access road runs rough in spots, so drivers towing rigs or arriving in low-clearance vehicles should plan accordingly. Sites are drive-in and include electric hookups, drinking water, picnic tables, and WiFi, with campfires permitted throughout the property.
The farm itself is the main draw. Goats, chickens, geese, and cats roam the grounds, and hosts Esther and Joel typically greet arriving campers with a property tour before stepping back to let guests settle in. Firewood is provided at no extra cost, and in season, campers can pick apples, grapes, and berries or collect farm-fresh eggs from the property. A farm store on-site carries elderberry juice, lip balm, and insect repellent, among other goods. A large barn on the property doubles as an event venue and is noted by multiple visitors for its size and lighting.
Quiet is a consistent theme across reviews, with several campers specifically noting the low noise level, and a playground near one of the pull-in sites gives families room to spread out. Meesh M. describes it as "great for introverts and extroverts alike," which tracks with the range of group types who have stayed here. Campers interested in camping near Cambridge will find The Jubilee Homestead sits among a handful of options in the area, including Rushmore Campgrounds nearby to the southeast.
Weekend availability can fill up, particularly in late summer, so booking ahead is a practical move for anyone planning a stay between July and September.

Our family at The Jubilee Homestead is looking forward to another great camping season in 2023! This small hobby farm is where I (Esther) grew up and now my husband Joel, our four children, and my parents, are developing it into a self-supporting farmstead and event venue as we raise chickens, rabbits and Nigerian dwarf goats, and grow a pick-your-own elderberry field. Our oldest son loves to plant and manage a small market garden with our campers in mind, so depending on when in the season you come, you may find some garden treasures to take home!
