Great park to stay!

This was a small park right on the lake. The toilets and showers were not very clean, but everything else on the campground was wonderful! I believe the camp office closes at 6 every night so make sure you purchase your wood or ice before then.

Beach Time

This campground is about 1.5 hours from the twin cities and it has a beautiful sandy beach and swimming area. There is also a fishing pier and boat launch available, great lake for water ski and other water sports. Fishing is mostly pan but you can catch large bass and northern on this lake. The sites are not large and not wooded. It does not have a rustic feel, more like a vacation neighborhood... with friendly neighbors!
