        Easy Access With Many Sites

The farm road that leads into this area was once paved and is now covered in gravel with a few ruts here and there but easily avoidable. Sites all the way down to the river edge many with rock fire rings. We were all by ourselves about halfway down - quiet and beautiful!

Cabins could be so much more

It's an hour drive to Jackson. Around 1 1/2hrs to GTNP and 2+hrs to YNP. Cabin needs a few minor details to be better. Full length mirror, towel racks, instructions on how things work like washer/dryer combo and propane stove.

        Fabulous little park

This park has very clean bathrooms, great showers, and grass so thick you don’t need to wear shoes! Great setting, helpful staff and out in an area of dark skies. Electricity went out at one point our first night here but we have solar panels so we’re ok.

        Nice spot, not for everyone

Perfect for a Friday night last minute spot! Lots of dirt bikes and generators. Also the bend in the road seems to have a lot of traffic.

Scenic with a nice spot to launch watercraft.

Slightly Below Average and Very Dusty

This place is about half full-time residents in the back and the rest short term overnighters. Everything is gravel and dirt. This place is very dusty and it's easy to see no gravel has been laid down for years. It rained the first night I was there, and the roads ( and my site) were a muddy mess. I had the windows open the next day and within an hour, my counters were covered with a fine layer of dust from the Yahoo's driving by at 30 miles an hour. The full-time portion of the park is very trashy. You can tell no maintenance has been done on this place for years. But the prices are reasonable. I only stayed two nights, and it was okay for a stopover.

        Beautiful place to camp

We stayed for 7 days. We stayed in the parking lot area as the campground was blocked by the snow mountains.

There was no verizon signal at all where we stayed, but starlink worked well.

Plenty of snowmobiles coming everyday along with locals walking their dogs

        Wind Willows RV Park

        Nice park, but needs manners!

I was torn on what to rate it. The park is nice and quiet and a good majority of the people that stay there long term are wonderful. I would rate it a 5 stars on that! I stayed about 7-8 months and in the last month it went down hill fast. Double standards for a lot of campers... It honestly needs someone for the camp host that will actually be there and truly will take care of it. Not threaten to lock everyone out of the laundry room and showers all the time. Actual have a set type of rules that everyone including camp host have to abide by. They need to up their screening process, so that the RV park can be safe for children and other guests. A full grown person running around naked and screaming, isn't safe for anyone let alone children! What's worst is when complaint are filed, they let them stay... A proper maintenance crew, so when things are broken they can be fixed in a timely manner and not when the camp host feels like it. Also, the group texting is fine if there was a proper amount of manners involved. I was wondering whether or not to attach pictures of the messages and everything. I believe they have the right to know and honestly I don't think they do. I dropped the rating because yes I do believe this is a nice park and other guests help each other out, but after everything this pass month and the amount of cops doing searches and rude customer service I had to drop it down. I hope anyone who stays here has a good experience there are a lot of nice patrons. Have a nice day.

Suitable Stopover, But Limited For Kids

We recently used Westlake RV Park in Rexburg, ID as a quick stopover during our travels. It's a quaint, older campground with well-maintained facilities and noticeably clean surroundings, which we appreciated.

The campground is on the smaller side, yet the spots are generously wide, providing ample space for our RV. However, it's worth noting that our site was only equipped with a 30-amp service, which may be an issue for larger rigs requiring more power.

Unfortunately, there isn't much in the way of entertainment or activities for children. This could be a drawback for families looking for a more engaging camping experience.

All in all, Westlake RV Park is a practical choice for a brief stay or a stopover, but perhaps not the best fit for those seeking a more kid-friendly environment or requiring higher power service.

        Great Campsite

I noticed that another review said there was not much space, but if you’re just hiking or biking and have a smallish tent, the host allows you to camp in a large open grassy area with a clear view of the Tetons. Great facilities, friendly and helpful host, just off highway 20. Highly recommended!

        Brilliant spot!

Well, we loved this spot! Only ones here. Travelling in an RV. Some shallow snow on the track but firm beneath. Muddy if offtrack and saw some big ruts perhaps of people that struggled to get out. But stay on track and would be fine. Good protection from wind Minimal road noise Toilets at start of unpaved track Lake half frozen, locals fishing

Amazing view, and great fishing access. Many places along the reservoir. Close to the road so traffic can be loud. Free to stay on most of the campsites along the reservoir aside from the boat ramp site. Beach front available but be careful of tides. My tent site was a max stay of 3 to 5 nights.

Crushed stone sites. Very tight. No shade. Very good laundry and rest rooms. Quiet. Good views. Nice pool and hot tub. They are doubling the size with construction under way. They are honest about the construction. The town and area are nice. 40 minutes over the pass to Jackson and Teton Park. Lots of access to hiking and mountain biking.

        Snake River stay

Easy to find. Short drive from the campground to some restaurants, gas stations, grocery store, etc in the area. There are 2 bar/grills walking distance from the campground. Has a Heated pool. Fenced in dog areas. we were just there for one night while we were passing through. So im not sure how the amenities were, i never used any of them. I thought it was actually on the snake river when i booked it. But its not quite on the river. Lol but it was still a nice stay for the night. The staff was friendly, and the lady at the desk gave me a little stuffed snake for staying at “snake river”. It was cute.

        Good spot!

Great spot off the highway. I think this specific area has like 10 or so designated spots. Looks to be pretty popular. I got the last one open, on a Monday. (There's a ton of other dispersed spots along the road, I initially had in the coordinates for the Palisade dispersed camping but all other areas were too mudy post rainstorm). My spot was closest to the road so it was kind of noisy but that doesn't really bug me much. The birds were chirping away and the sound of the creek made up for it. It gets really muddy so keep that in mind the closer you get to the water/ if it has recently rained all of the pull outs are a little sketchy. I helped push a girl out who was stuck near the water, and some other folks helped pull out a truck. Everyone around was super friendly (: there's vault toilets available for all to use as well as porta potties at a couple of the sites. I'd definitely come back, the lake is low but it is beautiful.
