Almond Tree Oasis RV Park

We stopped here for one night. Cute place, clean and well maintained but very tight spots. We got a large pull through and barely fit in with our 37’ class A. Only about 6ft to the next “yard”.

Only 1 working shower and toilet.

Dog park was basically a mud run… definitely not what I would call a dog run.

Not far off the hwy and quiet. Gas station/convenience store beside it.

Nous n’avions pas réservé et nous avons eu une place en dernière minute. Fort agréable. La gérante est très sympa. Nous avions l’impression que certains camping car étaient présent depuis un certain temps. Les personnes autour de nous étaient tres sympathiques. Nous avons utilisé la laundry qui fonctionnaient très bien et étaient propres. Nous pouvions payer avec l’application “PayRange”, ce qui est pratique quand nous n’avons pas de monnaie. Bon camping.

Pratique pour 1 nuit. Toutes commodités.

It’s hot!! In the summer this place is very hot. However, there are full hookups to run your AC and there are two saltwater pools to jump into. We stopped at this park for one night, twice as a halfway point between southern and northern California. Right off the I-5 freeway next to a Shell and Valero gas station. All sites are pull throughs and we found the gravel to be very level. We did not unhitch for a early morning exit. Bathrooms and showers are cleaned regularly. A rain and windstorm came through in the middle of the night and palm and almond tree leaves were in the pool but by 9am it was cleaned up. The staff is friendly and responsive, and they have a little store that includes some RV supplies such as hoses. Want a quick meal? There is a Baja Fresh and Subway in the Shell gas station next store. Great park to get some shuteye and be refreshed for your next adventure.

Places fairly clean. Probably 95% semi full timers. Pool was closed and half the washers were broken. Very convenient off highway. Pretty easy booking online the day of stay. I would only do 1 night travel stay, but that's me and it's great for that. Garbage and recycling available.

BTW you can’t hear the freeway! 

Nice people, flat sites

Didn’t use restrooms or showers but close by. 

WI-FI was good right up until 5pm or so when people got home/ checked in, then it slowed way down,

Such nice people - we left a pair of glasses in the office while checking in, and by the time we were parked they sent a nice man in a golf cart to our site with the glasses! Above & beyond.

Definitely will stay here again.

Clean, well maintained, friendly, and easy - perfect place to stop along I-5!

We stopped here for an overnight on our way to Oceanside. Easy in and out. We were able to top off our propane here as well. I will definitely stop here again.

A great RV stop. Bathrooms were impeccably clean & well-maintained. Pool looked to be spotless as well, but since it was winter we didn’t try it.

Many of the spots seem to be taken with long-term renters who commute in/out to work in 2nd vehicles. Some folks even had semi-permanent storage sheds or dog runs built outside their rigs. But despite all that, it was absolutely silent. Not a peep out of any other guests, not a dog bark or TV at all. We joked they must be ghosts for all the noise they made.

People who run the place are very nice. Everything is very very clean. Gravel sites, not a lot of trees. We didn't use the laundry but the machines looked spotless.

This is probably more of a place to stop between SF and LA, as there's not a lot to do nearby. Harris Ranch is one exit away on I-5 with barbeque and a well known restaurant.

While we were there The Dyrt ran a speed test on the WiFi using our connection. We used the free wifi, not the better wifi you can pay for. That regular wifi was fine for us even though The Dyrt rates it as slow.

Our site was near the edge of the property, near an orchard.

Convenient location as nothing else was around but literally in the middle of no where. Big spacious site for class A pulling a trailer but the hookups were too spread apart that we had to back up in the morning to release black tank. The roads were quite uneven and tight when exiting in the morning. 50 ⚡️ 💩🥴 💧👍

Pretty standard park here. Very nice spots with plenty of space. 30 and 50 amp hookups with water and sewage. It gets five stars because we were able to reserve a spot after hours. This park is next door to a gas station as well so you can fuel up as you leave.

This campground is basically a parking lot, with very few shaded areas. There are some trees that offer shade, but only a few. It has full hook up. It has level, gravel sites. The office staff is kind. The bathrooms are impeccably clean. Really nice showers. Nice pool. Far enough off of route 5 that there is very little highway noise. Very convenient to get to from the highway. Spaces are large enough that you have your own space and are not on top of one another. I would stay here again for an overnight. 

Great stop off if you are heading in San Francisco. Sites are level, just wide enough for Rv with slides and long enough if you are towing a car. Not many shade trees. I got lucky and pick spot 44 which is right across from the pool and showers and best of all a huge shade tree.

This is a great location halfway between northern and southern California along I5. Clean and not too busy so we were nicely spaced out.

It being in the middle of nowhere, there is nothing to walk or bike to, but the town is about 10 miles inland.

Passing through for a night with discount was $32. Pull through full hookup gravel sites that are very tight and couldn’t put slide out as there was car parked in way. Dog park isn’t fenced off and running out of bags. Not many trees for shade and very close to noisy truck stop. Pool closed also. It was okay but nothing special.
