The location has easy access to a wide range of amenities and activities and is a short distance off of Pierce Ferry Road on a county-maintained road. The 480 acres of Bureau of Land Management land across from the property provide plenty of opportunities for hiking, horseback riding, motor sports, and stargazing.

The area is home to a variety of desert flora and fauna, including Joshua trees, cholla cactus, and prickly pear, as well as being a haven for wildlife enthusiasts. In addition to enjoying the great outdoors, visitors can spend the day fishing or canoeing on the Colorado River and enjoy the local bars and restaurants in the evening.

The site is roughly 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon West, just 1.5 hours south of Las Vegas, Nevada, in Mohave County, an hour from Lake Mead. It is situated on 1.25 acres with breathtaking views of Mount Tipton.

Also, all sites can be rented daily or monthly, where you can choose from standard, deluxe, premium, and XL sites. Please note that we are an ADULTS ONLY resort. RVs must be fully self-contained with a grey and black water holding tank.  Our Entry sites are full-hook up back-in sites located near the entrance before the Patrol Shack.  Pet Friendly.
