We stayed at 2 sites, 36 and 7. Both were nice. There is a little traffic noise. It’s close to town, and there are many things to do in the area. This will be a regular one for me.

Great campround near Prescott, AZ Visited here in April. Nicely wooded campground with multiple hiking options. Flat tent pads, long driveways, quiet, fairly private sites, drinking water available, and outhouses with pit toilets. Some cell signal on TMobile and a cell booster.
This RV park is in the heart of all the fun in Cottonwood. Close to the river, old town cottonwood, tuzigoot national monument, Sedona, Jerome, and Dead Horse State Park. This RV park has it all, bathrooms, laundry, and full hookups. It seems to mostly cater to long term renters, so if your just…

This RV park is in the heart of cottonwood AZ with so much to see and do nearby. Just off the Verde River, there is plenty of shade and when we visited the dirt lot at the entrance was turned into a food truck rally, complete with seating, music, and lawn games.

Our site was twice the size of most campsites with plenty of room for our large popup, my SUV and my daughter’s pickup. Under beautiful trees and only steps from a creek/river. We had water and electricity hookups only. If you don’t need or want sewer you can be right on the water. The bathrooms…
We arrived late so it was very dark. The signage was very difficult to see and no one was available to help us find our spot. Cell reception and internet were terrible. The employee at the entrance told us what spot we were in, but said sometimes people took them, so just find another spot and let…
Awesome little park! Set in the middle of everything just about... a short drive to national monuments, Sedona, Jerome and loads of great local food! The park is managed by an extremely helpful guy named Paul who also gave us a fire pit and free fire wood to help us celebrate our honeymoon! We were…
It was a little off-putting how I called (you have to call, they don't have online reservations) MONTHS ahead of time and was told that I could request a waterfront site but there was no guarantee... odd that they couldn't assign me a site then or that I wasn't allowed to choose.
They called the…

Our kids loved this place. They have RV sites that can accommodate big rigs with full hookups and also a tent camping area. We stayed in the full hookups up area and we had a lot of space between our RV and the one the next to us. We didn’t feel crammed at all. There are lots of trees for shade and…
Cozy camp site, fire pit and table at site fire wood there for me too. Out house closest to me was locked that's the only downside.
Very open and spacious. Nice to have a hot tub available. Cell and wif not great but not this places fault
Would come back again. Great location to Sedona and Grand Canyon.
The people who manage this park could run Disneyland. Very friendly and helpful. The amenities of the park are very good. Full hookups, laundry, WiFi and ice available. The down side is, the trees are few and so is the shade. We were here in November, but I could see this place getting HOT in…
First time here and overall pretty nice. I was in spot 2 which is at the front of the campground and close to the bathroom. We were fairly close to the main road so some traffic noise but not too bad. I’ll be coming back again.

Huge and fun camp! We were there for three nights to visit Sedona. They have a good pool (Fri & Sat you have to reserve a one hour time slot). There are a lot of permanent and full time campers there...all of them are really nice...always waving and generally smiling.
They have a lot of…
