Phenomenal Campground and the town is great.

Needed a place to stop so we could go to the Grand Canyon. This discovery was accidental at best, but what a goldmine and a must-visit. This RV resort has everything and is well-run. Access to hotel amenities (pool, hot tub) are included with your stay. Why drive to the Canyon when you can take the train? What a grand experience. The downtown area of Route 66 is alive and well with shops, food, and entertainment.

Easy in and out spot

This place is really well designed and has a lot of extras for the price. It is really close to downtown and a Safeway is about 2 or 3 blocks away.

Nice people, convenient location

Very friendly staff and convenient location to the railway into the Grand Canyon. They are dog friendly with air-conditioned kennels if you want to leave your furry family members for the day‘s adventures.

The campground to stay in while taking the Grand Canyon train

This campground is clean, well run, centrally located and has everything one needs when camping, except quiet and solitude, but then it isn't that kind of campground. This is the place to stay if you're riding the train. Plus, it's within walking distance to historic Williams and all the Route 66 has to offer.

Grand Canyon RV Park

Newer RV park in very good and very clean condition. Full hookups, fitness center, pool, laundry, showers and toilets. Good WiFi, but we mostly use Starlink. We will be back.

Nice, well run camp ground,

Smooth registration. Campground very well managed. There is a train track with trains coming by. No schedule as to when they do. Didn’t bother me, but might others. There is a train depot that goes to Grand Canyon South Rim. There is also a brewery close by.

Love this park

Our second time here. We really like this park. Yes it is essentially an asphalt parking lot, and yes trains do go by and honk their horn‘s. The pros are the location and there are no RV park Nazis here.. You can walk to the train, the Grand Canyon brewery, and downtown Williams. While here we had a problem with our main slide out. We had to extend our stay while waiting for a part from Amazon. Diane in the office was a gem and even put a hold on her spot in case we needed to stay longer to get it fixed.

Nice and clean place

Clean place with Pool, hot tub and showers. The train at night is quite annoying however.

Clean and walking distance

Yes, it is essentially a parking lot. But, the park is clean with nice laundry and showers. Sires are level. You are walking distance to town, train, and Grand Canyon Brewery.

Walkable to downtown Williams, AZ

We stayed at this RV Park two nights. We were in Site 102 backed up to the train tracks. The noise really didn't bother us as we have a white noise machine.  Site somewhat level. Had to use blocks under front tires.  Very nice laundry facility. Cable included.  We drove to the Grand Canyon from here. Took about an hour to get there.  Must see! Downtown Williams is within walking distance and has lots of restaurants, shops and bars.  We also walked over to the Grand Canyon Brewery for beers and pizza one evening. Very unique, beautiful place as well. Only big Con for this park was a lot of rocks/gravel and my dogs had no where to do there business comfortably.  Also, sites are close to one another.  Would recommend though if you stopping in Williams!

Customer service is top notch

From the initial reservation for site to adding train tickets, to setting up boarding our fur kids, this place is spot on. Williams is a step back in time to when US HWY 66 with IT. The town embraces the era of pre freeway. The park is excellent! Hookups are great. The trains are next to the park but they are not that big of a deal. We did the train ride to the Canyon. Beyond words. Super easy, we got back tired and were right at the park. I have zero reservations about using either the park or kennel again. Home Run guys!

Amenities are great!

There is a train that goes last about twice every night and blows the horn (so that wakes you up at about 3am and 5am)

Convenient location, typical RV park

Williams, AZ was in the right location for us to stop in at this park for a few days. We ended up getting some work done on the RV and stayed longer than we originally planned! This is a typical RV park. It is nice that it is right in town so everything is super close. It made grocery runs super easy. There is also a hotel that the property owns and you are welcome to use the hotel amenities if you are a guest in the RV park. They have a train that leaves from here to go to the Grand Canyon. We didn’t do it, but it is really popular. They even have a kennel on site so if you take the train you can kennel your dog. We used Passport America and it made the rate really affordable for what it is. With temperatures below 15 degrees, we are happy to have hookups to run our space heater! The sites are full hookup and there is a nice bathroom/shower facility on site too.
