Our campsite was honestly much better than I expected. For free, this place is great. You could hear the road noises pretty well so if that bothers you then I probably wouldn’t recommend but I didn’t mind it. We had the perfect sunrise view + firewood and fire pit someone left us. If we are in the…
Very nice and quiet! Great place to see the stars and satellites cross the clear sky.
There were many numbered we’ll maintained site however having AT&T I had no service and as a solo camper I didn’t want to chance if something happened so I left. Went mid week and there were plenty of site would go back again if I had a group to keep my company
This campsite is a city park area. Lots of water activities, a big Park with playground equipment, great for families. The campground is quite a ways away from the park area, but a nice family walk. Clean, not "new" looking but pretty nice. I drove in and looked around before paying the $15 at the…

Find a spot in the woods and call it home! Zero light pollution. I could hear distant noise from the interstate and trains, but all else was quiet.
First time here the other night. Very clean spaced out sites. Vault toilets are clean and there are showers too. Many sites have electric hook ups too. I’ll be back for sure.

The roads can be a bit rough, but the camp sites are so spacious and clean!
Level gravel sites, great WiFi both AT&T and Verizon. Older campground but spotless, one of the best showers I’ve been in. Super friendly and helpful staff. Close to town but little traffic noise.
Never got tv signal and no grass for dogs
Had a bit of difficulty finding this place and had to call Atlan a few times before we finally found it. In all honesty, this is really just a cow pasture near a big pile of abandoned tires(tv’s,vacuum, mattress etc.) and lots of freight trains w/ really loud horns. We arrived just in time for a…

I was looking for a safe place to solo car camp on my way to Colorado. On a Tuesday night it was just myself, an RV and the host RV. LOTS of mosquitoes until the rain started. …

This campground was brought to us by Passport America for $40 for 3 nights. It is not not fancy but if you like Mexican food, there is a restaurant right in front of the campground. Our site had FHUs with a level, rock pad in full sun. Sites were very close to each other with no fire ring or…
We stayed here 3 nights on Site 19. Gravel, level, pull through site. Close to but not on top of neighboring RVs. Dirt Dog Park. Nice Laundry facilities. Front desk staff pleasant at check in. Nothing real exciting nearby except for the Meteor Crater that is worth seeing. We drove 20 miles…
Got here on Monday afternoon. Sites closest to the entrance were full, but driving down the well maintained road, there were plenty of sites available. The sites are large and well spaced apart. No services at the campground. Great place to go off on a hike!
