Wind Creek Campground sits at the far end of Keyhole Reservoir State Park, managed by the Wyoming Department of Parks and Cultural Resources, which operates several distinct camping areas across the park. Wind Creek draws less traffic than sites closer to the main entrance, and campsites run along the water's edge among scattered trees. The park is within reasonable driving distance of Devil's Tower, making it a workable base when campgrounds there fill up. Drinking water, toilets, trash service, and ADA-accessible facilities are on-site, and cell service is available. Reservations are accepted, and pets are welcome. Campers focused on water recreation should bring their own boat. Those wanting a different setup can look at Coulter Bay Campground or browse camping near Keyhole Reservoir State Park for the full range of options in the area.
